USA Pan Medium Loaf Pan

You know how a recipe says loosen the edges with a knife then invert the loaf… not so in this case! So easy (l lighted greased it). And clean up? There’s no clean up. I thought the corrugated texture would be tedious to wash but it’s a non-issue. The envelope design is unique and playful!

Absolutely the Best Loaf Pan

I have quite a variety of the USA pans and I am so impressed with the quality and performance of them. I decided to buy the Loaf pans. I bough the larger sized ones. I baked 4 loaves of bread one day, two in my old non stick pans and two in the USA pans. The ones on the USA were more evenly cooked. Better crust than the old pans. I did NOT grease the USA pans at all. The bread was very easy to remove. One caution though is these pans are a bit heavier than my old non stick Teflon type and they get extremely hot so use caution when handling them even with mitts. These high quality pans may seem pricey at first but if you easily handwash them and DO NOT place them in a dishwasher you should have them for a very long time. Great quality pans! I bought this to bake my sourdough in as I was getting sick of baking free form and not having consistent size slices of bread. I thought I might have to sacrifice crusty sides baking it in the pan but it produces a beautiful crusty layer all over the bread. I don't need to use the banneton anymore and get even slices of bread throughout the whole loaf. Very happy!

Best basic loaf pan I can find

These pans work perfectly for the basic wholegrain slicing bread I make every week. Baking time is normal, as compared to my old lightweight steel pans. The surface is coated with a light silicone, which allows for easy release of the loaves, no tools needed. I'm somewhat less enthusiastic about the "aluminized" feature.

Excellent tin

This bread tin is one of the best I’ve baked in. I’m a home sourdough baker and this is the first time I’ve purchased a USA pan. I’m so impressed with the quality of it. The bread comes out of the tin so easily! Very happy with this purchase.

I love all of my USA Pans

I finally threw away my ancient loaf pans and purchased new ones, and there was no way I would replace them with anything BUT USA Pans! I had already purchased new cake pans in all sizes, and the loaf pans were the last to go. Very high quality, even baking (unlike with my very dark pans) and be sure to grease your pans (or line with parchment)... just because anything says it is non-stick, protecting your pans - and your food! - takes just a few seconds. Hand wash them too, dishwashers will just eat away at the coating. I love these pans!!!

Love this bread pan

I make a lot of banana and pumpkin bread and other specialty breads for friends and family. I have never liked my old dark pans as my breads always came out darker than preferred. My friend told me about these USA Pans, so I ordered them from Bed Bath and Beyond. For my very first baking experience, I was sold on these and fell instantly in love with them. My bread came out perfect. I quickly ordered the other size bread pan to accommodate a couple of larger ingredient recipes. My old pans went to the thrift shop. Do read the instructions that come with the product. It advises not to use cooking sprays. On one recipe I used Crisco all-vegetable shortening to lightly grease the pan. The best pans ever!

My Mom first introduced me to USA Pan a few years ago by giving me a muffin pan. It is so much better than any other muffin pan I had ever owned. I never have to scrape gunk off or use liners; the muffins just fall right out! Since then, I have added the mini muffin pan and 2 different sizes of cookie/baking sheets to my collection and I greatly enjoy them all! I should add, I do often still spray the muffin pan with PAM or whatever, but it does seem to work fine without it, too. My baking sheet I don't spray with anything and haven't had any issues.

USA Pan

I bake a couple days per week. Wild yeast sourdoughs are my forte, and I am fanatical about my breads. These are by far the best pans I have ever used, and I have used several.You can feel the difference the moment you pick them up; they are solid. No need to oil the pans due to the silicone coating, So far the silicone coating has lasted several (about 5) years with constant use, but the pans I use most are now showing wear (which is why I bought two more). The fluted surface allows for fabulous browning of the area of the loaf in the pan.These pans are winners and well worth the money, I get excellent results with these pans.

I have not bought the 8-inch round cake pan because, as usual, it is not available in store in the Round Rock, TX location. This is such a ridiculous thing since 8-inch cake pans are the most used for cake recipes (at least the hundreds I have reviewed and/or made) that it is unbelievable that it is not available...nor is it available at the next nearest BB&B location. I am sad that this is a most frequent situation with the Round Rock store. By the way, I have several other USA pans and they are very good products. I would recommend the USA products, unfortunately, I can't recommend the cake pans because I can't buy them.
