I am crocheting a blanket using a kit that includes pattern and yarn. I realised I would need to "top up" one or two colours probably due to my looser tension, so ordered the additional yarns from you. I received my order a day or two later. Lovely soft wool, very easy to work with. I'm crocheting a throw and was able to get all of the colours I needed to match a rug in the room. The colours and textures are just what I wanted. My throw will be a bit of a project, and it won't be finished for a long time but it keeps me occupied and I'm enjoying working it!

I was searching for some yarn for a baby blanket, but could not find the colors in the brand I would normally have used. So I looked at LoveCrafts, and they had the yarn used in the pattern. When I pulled up that yarn on this site...boom! So many wonderful colors! I actually purchased the wrong green, but went back and purchased a new shade of green that turned out to be perfect. That wrong green? It's perfect for another project! So easy to order, and so wonderful to see the yarn cared for. Instead of being wrapped in plastic bags, it was in a breathable bag. Those bags are handy for holding completed parts of projects, and to protect the yarn from my crochet hook when in my project bag. I prefer to feel the yarn before I purchase it, but I will buy yarn from here ... This brand and model used to be wonderful. Recently however, I notice that the quality has deteriorated considerably. The yarn is inconsistent in thickness and even varies between different dye lots of the same colour. Sometimes, when it has been worked, it produces a very rough fabric, not the soft fabric I am used to from this yarn. I am currently looking for an alternative lower end dk acrylic yarn, as this has become too inconsistent now.
This was the only place i could find all the shades of grey i needed for my project. I have used Stylecraft yarn before for a graphgan so i new it would be perfect for my next one. Reasonably priced and delivery was quick.Top notch service and the shades of grey did not disappoint.
