A staple kitchen tool that should always be close by. Razor sharp and a big fat grippy handle make super fine grates of cheese, chocolate, nutmeg, citrus zest, etc. easy even with wet hands or gloves on. Get a real Microplane, most of the cheaper options either don’t cut well or don’t last long.

Very glad I bought this Microplane Premium Classic Zester from Knifewear. This replaced another, lower-quality zester I was using and the difference is quite noticeable. This one is very ergonomic, produces really crisp and uniform zest, and is surprisingly easy to clean. I bought the yellow one (because lemons) and it looks great in my kitchen.

This is simply the best microplane I have ever used. It is lightweigt, solid and VERY sharpe. Others I have owned have pressure fitted grating surfaces which pop out. This will be a great stocking stuffer for my foodie kids. Those elves have a winner!

First time buying a microplane zester and was very impressed. The blades are very sharp indeed compared to other grating devices. Cuts time spent with other zesters drastically. Would highly recommend but be careful as it is sharp. Comes with a good safety cover for storage.
Replaced my old microplane (which I’d had for about 20 years!) as it was becoming blunt. Fantastic tool I use mainly for zesting citrus and grating garlic and ginger.It arrived promptly and worked out about £1 cheaper than anywhere else including AmazonThanks!
This Microplane zester/grater has made my life so much easier. I love fresh garlic and usually add more than what the recipe calls for. It's easy to use and when finished, just tap it over dish/bowl and then rinse and use dish brush with dish detergent. The turquoise color was not available but I was notified when it was and shipping was fast. Since Covid, BBB has been my go to on line/curb side pick for household items. Five stars for BBB. I've had no problems with my orders and the one time I had to return is very easy.
This was bought as a gift. I already have one myself and I find it so useful, particularly for grating parmesan and citrus zest. I love the variety of coloured handles to choose from. A great addition to anyone's kitchen.
This thing is the bomb! Got in on recommendation from Nagi of recipe tin eats. Zesting was something I despised previously because I was using cheap rubbishy tools. This microplane makes it so easy. The zest is light and isn’t chunky. Can’t wait to try it with chocolate and Parmesan.
This grater works very easily and thoroughly. We typically use it for Parmesan, but I'm sure it will work for many other foods. The blades are quite sharp and strong, resulting in a lot of material being grated in a short time. Also like that it comes with a sheath to protect it when not in use.
This is the best zester I have ever owned! It is amazing quality and design ! Even catches all the zest in its little tube design .I cook a lot with limes and lemons and it zests without one piece of the bitter pith !I’m going to use it to grate ginger for my healthy yogi tea too ! Worth every cent . I cannot recommend it highly enough.
