Neutrogena Rapid Tone Repair Night Moisturizer, 1 fl oz

So. I really wanted to like this. I try to find moisturizers that will cover a lot of surface area without blowing through the bottle immediately. For the price and the consistency of the moisturizer, I do not feel that you get what you pay for. It is not a cream, and applies more like a thin lotion. My face feels somewhat tacky after applying. I didn’t notice anything significantly positive change with my skin. I did use the entire bottle before deciding it wasn’t for me. Perhaps this needs to be used for longer before seeing a difference, but I’d pass on the grounds of quantity for price alone.

Effective Products!

I have used many of the products in both the Rapid Wrinkle and Rapid Tone Repair lines because they contain scientifically proven (generally, not just tests by Neutrogena) anti-wrinkle/even skin-tone ingredients. Although these products are a great value, I don't want to waste any money on ineffective products; I want to buy items that I am sure will work beyond just making my skin feel or look nice temporarily. I received a great compliment about a month ago: my hair stylist, who is a couple of years younger than I am and sees women of all ages every day, up close, was shampooing my hair and said, "You don't have a single wrinkle. How is that possible?" I told her, "Neutrogena!" I have been pleased with the results of these products for many years.

It works!! I

I started using this product about a month ago and saw results in the first week. At first, I alway had a tingling / slight burning sensation which was tolerable and eventually faded considerably. After about five days, my skin would start to peel / exfoliate. During this time, I had to be careful not to scrub my face too much as it would hurt and get bruised. After a few days of peeling I stopped using the product for about two days then started again. I use it intermittently every few weeks only because I want my skin to “heal” in between uses as it worked to lighten any dark spots. It has a very nice light smell so I use it as a moisturizer sometimes. My skin is burned from using this product

After using the Rapid Tone Repair moisturizer, I noticed severe redness and dark patches on my forehead. It looks as if the skin was burned. I already has nice and acne free skin. Since the usage of this product, I noticed redness, peeling and an out break of acne. I had no acne prior to using this product. I discontinued using this product and now I'm experiencing beard like course hairs growing through my forehead. I felt a coarseness when I wiped my forehead with the back of my hand and took a closer look with a magnifying mirror to look closer at what was causing the coarseness on my forehead. I saw tiny hairs growing through my forehead. This was horrible and shocking. This product has triggered hairs to grow on the forehead. Never again

I bought this repair, the cleanser, the acne oil free wash, the soap, instant tone corrector and the moisturizer for combination skin. I honestly regret putting my faith in neutrogena. The cleanser doesn't really cleanse at all; the soap tightens your skin and is a harsh, when I first used it, it felt like I had applied lemon on my face; the combination moisturizer is supposed to moisturize dry parts of your skin and remove shine in oily areas but it doesn't do that kinda magic, it left my skin dry and flaky; maybe i did not use the repair long enough for it to repair but it did not moisturize my skin at all so I couldn't use it; the instant tone corrector I did not like it when I used it I had to wash my face again. New Nighttime Go To

I have extremely pale skin, so any discoloration on my skin is wicked noticeable. I needed a new nighttime moisturizer, I didn't really know what I wanted when I walked into the store, but when I saw this product I was weirdly drawn to it. I say weirdly because there's literally nothing overly exciting or eye catching about the packaging. Anywho, I read the packaging and it claims you'll notice a difference within weeks. I noticed a difference working one week. I have really vibrant circles under my eyes, like distinct blue/indigo/purple, and the redness in my face is diminishing as well. Nothing in my diet and sleeping pattern has changed; being a college student I'm up till 1 and get up at 7 for work. Patience is key

I love it. This was my first time using retinol. I started using it around November of last year, 2019. I started with once a week. December I moved up to twice a week. I noticed a lot of dryness and somewhat sensitivity so I discontinued use until February when I learned the trick of applying moisturizer before this retinol. Basically I would wash my face, use toner, the ordinarys hyaluronic acid, then my first aid beauty moisturizer followed by this retinol. I can now use it every day and it doesn't dry my face. I had hyper pigmentation from acne for years and from recent cystic acne outbreaks that I had attempted, and failed to pop. The scars were completely removed and my skin looks so even and smooth. The results are AMAZING!

I bought this product along with the ultra gentle cleanser 3 weeks ago and have been using it every night after cleansing. This product contains retinol so if your skin is not use to this ingredient it may take 2-4 weeks to adapt. This is my first time using a retinol product so I did feel some stinging and noticed red dry spots the first week; however, I had faith and kept trying and I’m so glad I have!!! My face looks and feels amazing! In two weeks I could physically see my skins color blending... dark spots are vanishing and my face is so smooth! Not going to lie I was slightly skeptical after reading the reviews but because the price was affordable I gave it a try anyways and I don’t regret that decision at all! This is the BEST moisturizer!!

I have been using the Rapid Tone Night Moisturizer for about a month. I added it to my existing Neutragena routine. I am 47, have oily skin, and some acne scarring, large pores, and fight occasional breakouts. Now my skin is clearer, brighter, more even, and even glowing! And I haven't had any breakouts since using this. Please don't ever stop making this! I have tried many products to finally find this and I am just so thankfu! I wash with the Neutragena foaming cleanser, follow with Stress Control acne toner, use the Rapid Repair Wrinkle Serum and follow up with this moisturizer at night. I have found the perfect combination and my skin has never looked better! In the mornings I use the foaming cleanser, toner, and Neutragena Rapid Clear acne lotion. good stuff- neutrogena rapid tone repair

This stuff has worked better than anything else on several dark spots, and splotches on my face, in a short time you see a difference. They are not gone, but improved. I live in the very deep, sunny hot south. I had to walk back and forth to school every day for 9 years of school-- over a mile (because they measure the distance here by the edge of the school yard to the edge of your yard.) I have a lot of sun damage to my skin. The last 3 years of school were even worse with many hours of direct sunlight with no shade in sight on a daily basis. All that said, I have a large number of large damage spots that have come to the surface of my skin. They are dark, and rough in texture. NOTHING has helped them, until now.
