Great product! My husband started taking this for his liver because his doctor advised him to take milk thistle. He has taken this product for about 3 months and his liver enzymes are back in the normal range. As a added bonus, he hasn't had any problems with a painful heel spur he had. I feel the turmeric definitely reduced the inflammation.
I have osteo arthritis in my my hands, which has caused joint damage and lots of pain. I began my turmeric 2 months ago, and my pain and swelling have improved greatly. This has decreased my ibuprofen dosage dramatically, which my liver greatly appreciated. I am a retired nurse, I'm very impressed with the results I hav seen in just 8 weeks.
I started on this supplement due to joint pain. I was taking Tylenol and ibuprofen consistently every day to ease the pain. I started taking this Turmeric Curcumin to test the theory that it assists with the inflammation. I noticed a significant decrease in the joint pain after just over a month of usage. Ever since the Facebook post were I found megafood tumeric I have kept buying it. I was a couch potato for years, had recently started to do exercise and my right knee was paying for it. I've used others without nearly half the effect of this product. Everyone's body is different I've taken two in morning or one in morning one before bed either way your going to like the effects. I'd say for max effects within two weeks, I taken with my blood pressure pill, & vitamins before or after food no issues. I have horrible arthritis, both hips, knees' replaced bad shoulder joint, left hand, I feel when I don't take them in pain curves the inflammation, which helps the pain. Highly recommend
