I currently own only 2 Mancera at the moment and as it stands prefer Hindu Kush to Black Gold. However Black Gold is a good fragrance for the colder weather and has a very pleasing dry down. Unisex but leading towards masculine despite some makeup vibes (to my nose). Easy to wear and possibly more suitable for the younger crowd. Good stuff again from Mancera 😊

Mancera does it perfectly with Black Gold. It’s a fresh, soapy, aromatic and masculine mature scent, very professional yet intimate. I’d wear this fragrance on a date, job interview, meeting, even going out to a club! This is a very versatile scent, with notes of Lavendar, Agarwood, citruses, patchouli, white musk, amber and Vetiver all work in harmony to make Black Gold a great scent experience. This leans masculine in my opinion, wearable almost all year, day or night. I highly recommend!!

I received this in my sample scent but apparently this sample is for men, but some people say it’s unisex? This is definitely masculine to me. This is a good mens fragrance I would give it 4 stars for a mens cologne. I’m giving it 2 stars because I’m rating it as a unisex fragrance. The notes I smell are oud, floral notes, musk, woody notes, and leather notes.
I don't get much of the leather others mention, but to me this is one of the best lavender scents I've smelled in a while. Masculine, delicious, amazing quality, presentation is beautiful, very versatile, elegant!
This scent has longevity. You will smell it on your clothing the next day. It's a light powdery, perfect vanilla mild scent. I love it for myself and partner.
Violet, lavender, white musk, and oud are the main stars but there's a diverse supporting cast that makes this fragrance rich with depth and character. The smell is heavenly! It's one of my favorite fragrances ever made, my signature scent for Fall. Longevity is great. Projection is average.
One of my worst blind buys, ever! Purchased this bottle based on the comments here and other forums. Both performance and projection is poor for me and not anything as raved by many. Maybe just my skin. Not buying Mancera ever again...
This is absolutely one of the best Mancera colognes! A slight hint of leather with a tobacco vibe ! Not too strong and can be worn day or night ! I would not be afraid to rock this even in the summer heat ! Bit of a fireplace type of scent that is beautifully put together ! I don’t smell anything floral but it’s all blended together well that all you get is one fantastic scent ! Very underrated in my opinion !
This is a modern interpretation of the classic masculine baber shop fragrance. It opens with a bright but fleeting citrus before quickly moving into the herbal lavender mid. This is a cracking fragrance and a welcome break from the modern sweet fragrances swamping the market. I managed to pick this up with a 20% eBay discount reeeeesult!!
