I find this headset to be very comfortable, the sound is very good and they are able to block out background noise really well. When I first opened the box I was disappointed to see the directions were “picture directions” as I prefer written words. However, it could not have been easier. As soon as I paired, which was incredibly fast, A pop-up told me that I needed an app from the App Store gave gave me the option to just press the button and download it.Once I have the app the app directed me each step of the way and had me test the sound rename the headset and choose my preferences.I find this really useful because I work with children in a noisy environment and this makes important phone calls much easier for me. Also included is a nice bag for keeping them in I think I would’ve preferred a hard case but at least there is something to protect them. As expected they are adjustable and the cushioning that goes over the ears is nice and thick.

Decent overall. For the price I was expecting a better build quality. I also purchased these hoping they would integrate with the small unifying receiver I use for my keyboard and mouse. However, they only seem to work with the larger receiver they shipped with, which is too large to leave in my laptop. I have been using them with bluetooth which works fine.

I bought Logitech Zone Wireless Bluetooth recently. I was disappointed there is no Qi charger included. Not only that, but figuring out which charger to get is hard. No recommendation from Logitech, just any "Qi-certified". I bought Anker PowerWave Pad Model A2053. When I got it (about an hour ago) I found it requires a "fast-charging" AC up to 9v adapter, not a 5v only regular adapter. I had one fortunately, for a phone. The ANC feature is of minimal usefulness. My wife is on phone for her work in same room so I hoped it would help. Can't tell much difference, except when ANC is on, I can hear myself breathing faintly. The headset squeezed my ears too much, so I spread the ear muffs a few times and seems to fit better now, but is a bit heavy and today I switch back ... MoreI bought Logitech Zone Wireless Bluetooth recently. It seems to be made of durable materials, but really it is pretty hefty. Is it worth it? Not sure. I just know it should last longer than the corded one whose cable jacketing is splitting off. There is an option to turn off voice prompts. I turned it off because it was distracting - dongle disconnected, dongle connected - every time I switch a KVM between my work and home notebook, etc. Now I can't get "Headset status report" to tell me "Battery full dongle connected". Instead the status report (I chose to get with a long press on the center button) now just gives me 2 tones - what good is that? Not much. I also get 3 beeps when I KVM switch, or 2 when I flip mike up/down, but if I ask for a special headset status it should just use english!

Overall the sound quality and mic quality are good. I wouldn't use it for hi fidelity music, but that's not what it was designed for. It's reasonably comfortable and the noise reduction works as it should. It has some good features, like the boom mic's auto mute function. And the companion software works well for setting up the headset's features. However, the headband needs to be re-thought. It requires adjustment every time you move your head in order to keep it from slipping off. This can be very distracting, especially when in long meetings.
I wfh like many folks nowadays, I was doing it before Covid. It's a typical job but I do a lot of talking to people. Anyway, the call's gotta be clear and there can't be a lot of background noise, ie: it should not detract from the call in any way, no distractions to me or the people I'm talking to. I bought my good ole' Plantronics Blackwire 725 back in 2016 and it finally bit the dust. In all irony, it works perfectly, but the headband snapped and it falls off of my head. I've been looking into good replacements for about a week. I wanted ANC (active noise cancellation) and I opted for wireless this time, because with a wire, you can feel a bit 'attached' to the workspace. You can't stand or walk around a bit, not even to stretch between calls which makes for sore ... MoreI wfh like many folks nowadays, I was doing it before Covid. I've been looking into good replacements for about a week. I wanted ANC (active noise cancellation) and I opted for wireless this time, because with a wire, you can feel a bit 'attached' to the workspace. You can't stand or walk around a bit, not even to stretch between calls which makes for sore posterior area after almost 8 hrs of sitting. After a lot of watching and reading of reviews, I decided on this device. So far, I am not a happy camper. There are basically 2 groups of people, the first group is in love and it's the perfect headset. The second group has issues with connectivity, moreso the sound cutting out. Well, I'm in both groups. I love the sound quality, it's really good, better than the Plantronics in terms of bass/depth, etc. The headset also 'talks', which I like. You can get things like power status, connection, etc through voice (you can turn this off). The problem for me, I'm not even 3 feet from the dongle and it cuts out so....much. I got the software and hoped that it would update but it didn't/hasn't. I even located a setting for connection vs quality re: sound and opted for connection, but that did not help. I made this review before I even used the device for work, so we'll see. I work tonight so I will test it then. Hopefully, I can come back with a positive update. If not, I'll have to swap for the wired version ASAP. Update: Flawless experience for work. I'm not sure if it's due to a PC restart, but I use a different profile for work and normally reboot the PC, once I did that I no longer have the stuttering or cutouts, at all. I've updated my rating.
I love these headphones to death. Great sound but after a year the microphone became spotty and robotic and suddenly one day just stopped working. Tried a hardware reset and software update but it was just time for these headphones to go. The 2 year warranty was great- spent the afternoon with customer service and came out with a new pair of headphones. The noise cancelling capabilities of these headphones were amazing however and I can't recommend them enough for days when you have loud background noises.
This headset would be a true 5 star if the speakers were designed properly. Out of the box you will be amazed by the build quality and soft leather material (almost too soft in my opinion) but not enough deducting a star. I work from home and other headsets that I've used were much cheaper, didn't have ANC and callers could clearly hear background noise. This headset does a darn good job with the ANC. I can have light music playing from stereo with the possibility of a small child that may cry or yell in the background and it does away with it ALL. Battery life is above amazing even with ANC turned on. At the end of an 8 hour shift talking the entire time I'll still have 4 hours left. ANC stays on the entire time. The audio quality is very good, music sounds great and it's just like having a really good pair of music headphones. All of the buttons are in perfect locations and the app allows you to tweak settings and control EVERYTHING! The reason that I gave this a 3 star and not a 5 is if you press down in the middle of the earpieces you will feel the hard plastic speaker. If the engineers made the plastic speaker shorter you wouldn't feel it poke your ears at times. Some users may not have this issue as all of our ears are different. I still feel that they could've made these more comfortable with shorter speakers. Given how soft the leather is there is no excuse to not engineer a shorter speaker. Overall, if you're working from home and need a true ANC headset and also like to listen good sounding music, these by far are probably one of the best as of now. If you care more about comfort than anything else these might not be for you. It's a bittersweet relationship because of the plastic speaker that you can too easily feel but the performance outweighs the design.
Purchased as a replacement for similar product from another manufacturer. I tried with this one. It met all my expectations. Very happy for my decision to try with Logitech. Headphone is light weight which is good and fits well on my head without falling down. Customizable through mobile app is a cool feature to have it. Sound clarity is very good. Noise canceling works great. Mic sensitive is perfect. Overall happy to have it and pleased to use it on my office virtual meeting on Microsoft Teams.
The sound, battery, and clarity are great. However, they're incredibly uncomfortable on my ears. It's not something I can wear all day. I usually sit in 1-3 hour meetings and by 45 minutes in, they've got to come off. It could be because I'm wearing glasses or my face is just shaped differently, but unfortunately for this reason I will be returning them for a different product.
These headphones are so comfortable that you forget you even have them on. If you have ever worked in a call center or had to wear head phones for a long periods of time you know how they can hurt your ears. The padding on these headphones is so soft and comfortable. The headphone can be adjusted which is a great bonus also. That way they can fit perfectly to your liking. My favorite feature is that these headphones can be wireless or be plugged in. the microphone is amazing the quality of the sound is so clear. Technology has come a long way and I love that headphones are this luxurious. These headphones also fold up easily for you to hang them or for easy storage. I am telling you theIs headset is worth every penny!
