It just feels easy to carry around and quick to use. The pads were comfortable to keep on for an extended time and the controls are very easy to work with. The microphone swings up and out-of-the-way with such ease it's hardly noticeable. A nice touch is the fact that it automatically mutes when you do lift the mic up.The sound is good. These are not for audiophiles, but they do a good job of bringing the sound in when you're watching video clips on your laptop - and even when watching videos on a streaming device - like with my AppleTV. I actually felt like the bass was a bit too strong when I first used them, but there's a great fix for that. You can download the Logitech app 'Tune', pair it with the headset and go in and tweak the EQ settings to your taste. Once doing so, it will keep your new settings whether or not you're connected to the app.As a quick and easy solution for handling phone calls along with hearing what's on your computer, this is a solid product.

This is a good pair of basic office headgear; it has all the essentials, good sound quality for a mix of music and meetings as well as a crystal-clear mic (which is essential for any type of remote work). The Bluetooth connection is steady and strong, no issue going to the kitchen to let the dog out from down the hallway during a meeting. The lift to mute feature on the mic is one of my favorites as I know when I’m muted, though with just the Bluetooth connection it doesn’t sync with MS Teams mute the way other headsets due with a USB dongle, but I’ll make that trade off for not having to have a dongle any day of the week. The battery lasts several days with light to medium usage and charging is via USB C. Also, you can use the headset while charging it which is awesome for those that only remember to charge when you get the battery is low notice right as you turn it on for a meeting. The sleep functionality is great with the computer and okay with my phone. I’ve been able to just use it with my computer and not have to remember to turn it back on. With my phone I would need to push the power button to get it to connect/wake up. Also, it always prioritizes the computer first (which I connected second) so if I am having a phone conversation and I get an email notice on my computer it’ll cut the conversation to tell me that, then take me back. If I am using MS teams on my phone, it will try to cut back and then Teams will mess up and not allow me to use the Bluetooth headset or speaker. All this to say I ended up just removing my phone and using it with my computer, but if you use your phone at work for music and not half your team calls this would work perfectly for that use case. As an improvement I wish the android app had a way to choose which device to prioritize. Speaking of the app, if for some reason you don’t like the lift to mute function, it can be turned off in there as well as equalization settings can be changed. The only other thing I found is after several hours the back of my ears would feel a bit soar from being pushed down, this is probably due to my ears sticking out a little bit more than average instead of lying flat, so if you have ears like that and plan to use them for 5+ hours, that might be something to consider. Overall, they make a great headset for the office and are easy to throw in your backpack. If you are wanting a headset for your computer that you can listen to your phone music with and take a phone call or what not, these would work perfectly, if you are a power user of your phone and computer and what a headset that prioritizes the phone, these might not be the best for you.

It functions not only as a Bluetooth headset but also as stereo headphones. I've listened to a little music with them and they hold up pretty well considering the size and dialog purpose of the headset. On the left ear-cup, you’ll find buttons for power, Bluetooth pairing, and connect/disconnect call controls. The headset connects almost instantly. The headset has a built in voice letting know that its connected. I really like that the charging port is USB-C and it allows for charging while using the headset. The free Logitech app lets you fine-tune some of the settings to your preference. The Logitech Zone 300 is a solid choice for professionals working in open offices. I would take these before the my company provided headset. They sound clearm, they're comfy, okay ANC, and I haven't had issues with customers complaining about voice quality.

I have an issue that has been particularly exacerbated by Zoom calls - I am soft spoken. And I've found that being heard depends a lot on directionality of my voice and a microphone. I've tried a variety of things over the past couple years. Wired headsets, pro ear buds, and the Zone 300 outclasses them all with it's ability to pick up my voice. Almost that alone gets it five stars. I'm freed from the strange issue of needing to configure my audio settings to use a wireless headset for audio, but still use the webcam for the mic because it has the best chance of picking up my voice. But as it turns out, there's more ways the Zone 300 stands out.Going to what's in the box, you get a basic headset with a boom mic, black in color, plastic but decently premium in look ... MoreI have an issue that has been particularly exacerbated by Zoom calls - I am soft spoken. But as it turns out, there's more ways the Zone 300 stands out.Going to what's in the box, you get a basic headset with a boom mic, black in color, plastic but decently premium in look and feel. The shape seems reversed relative to what I've been used to with headsets but I have to admit that it feels nice sitting on my head and seems to place the head band in a great position to support without being annoying. It charges via USB-C and finally, I'm getting a headset that meet's it's claimed battery runtime. My pro buds claim 8-10 hours, I'm lucky to get more than 3 out of them. The Zone lets my get through a full day of work listening to music and taking calls on a single charge. Not needing to randomly switch headsets because the battery is getting low or stop music to ensure you charge so there's enough battery life for that afternoon zoom is freeing. The Zone 300 can pair simultaneously to multiple devices. I've had other headsets that made that claim but here it actually works. What the others do is primarily pair to once device and if already paired to a second, they'll connect if I go to the BT settings in the second device and make it connect. However, they often randomly reconnect back to the original device even if I'm in the middle of listening to music or on a call. So I've gotten in the habit of explicitly disconnecting on one device before connecting on the second. The Zone 300 worked the right way which I discovered by luck. I first paired it to my desktop and used it for zoom calls and to listen to youtube videos. A couple days later, I needed to have a phone call with a friend and having had various issues with mic pickup with my pro buds, decided to give the Zone 300 a try since it had worked so well. The following day, I'm back at my desktop, doing some work, listening to music when a phone call comes in on my cell. PC music pauses as I answer the call on my phone. After the call ended, it went back to playing music from the PC! And I didn't need to do anything special, it just worked!Honestly, I was not expecting much from the Zone 300. The audio is pretty good, yes, my pro buds have it beat in terms of quality, but not by much. As I've mentioned, excellent mic pickup - from my experiments, the best mic among all my options between existing wired and wireless headsets as well as the mics built into my webcams, desktop, and laptop. It also has a feature where it mutes the mic when you flip the boom up. Yet another understated but awesome feature. I have a wired headset that has a mute button and light, but even then, it seems a bit of a hassle to track the state. With the Zone 300, it's pretty obvious and feels natural. There's also the voice prompt that the mic is being muted or unmuted.Speaking of voice prompts, props to Logitech for putting in the effort. Instead of sounding like a machine assembling different words together to read out battery status or pairing mode or mic status, the voice feels very natural and as a result, not annoying. I've not even bothered to figure out how to turn it off because I've not felt a need.So in summary - great headset. Understated, a lot of features, does everything right.
Extremely comfortable and immensely convenient - this headset connected out-of-the-box with a simple button push. I seriously had less trouble connecting this headset than any other Bluetooth device I can think of.The headset, as said, is comfortable; the ear pieces fit snugly can can be worn for extended work or gaming sessions.Connectivity and signal strength were excellent, too. I had to get up and walk away from laptop while using this several times and had no trouble retaining a strong signal connection from an appreciable distance away. And set-up, as said, is a breeze.Sound reproduction is very good, but not perfect. You will be able to hear clearly, and your listener will be able to hear you, but the max volume on this headset is a bit weak. And set-up, as said, is a breeze.Sound reproduction is very good, but not perfect. You will be able to hear clearly, and your listener will be able to hear you, but the max volume on this headset is a bit weak. This is especially noticeable if you switch over to media playback after a work or business call. The max volume is still better than I've heard with similarly priced headsets, though. The mic seemed to pick up my voice with clarity and accuracy, and the headset seems to retain the excellent "raise mic to mute" feature. I work in a noisy environment, and asked repeatedly if any of the ambient noise around me was being picked up by the mic during work calls with clients. All feedback was positive. The only two downsides to this headset are the somewhat weak maximum volume and the fact that you're required to keep the mic on your left. The mic arm does not rotate 180 degrees, so you can't simply reverse the headset if you prefer the mic on your right (which I do).
Using the headset is easy and only requires pressing four simple control buttons. These media controls are all located on the left earcups. Also, flipping the mic boom up mutes the mic, and bringing it down unmutes. The EQ settings and updated firmware are available with the Logi Tune app (optional). The noise-canceling mic is dual, which is used as a mic and suppresses background noise for clear conversations or easy listening. Note that the noise cancelation feature won’t work for just listening if the mic boom is muted. The audio sound is impressive, with clear and crisp audio, which is great for calls, meetings, or just listening. The headset’s rechargeable battery allows me to use it fully without recharge. The ear cups are well-padded and do a great job of comfortably covering my ears. The headset is extremely lightweight and super comfortable to wear for extended periods. Overall, this headset delivers great audio and a reliable connection. Excellent for working, meetings, or just listening.
These headphones have amazing sound quality, and the microphone is incredible! I use a headset daily while working, so this product is right up my alley. I've had several co-workers remark on how clear I sound with this headset, and I've even swapped back and forth between headsets, and everyone says the Logitech sounds much better. The sound quality for listening to music is very good, great treble and decent bass. This headset runs a bit on the smaller side, so much so that my 9 year old child could comfortably wear these. I am surprised the microphone doesn't rotate 180 degrees to allow for either side to be used.A really nice feature is the mute function, where you simply flip the mic up to mute the headset. This feature feels very intuitive to use. I do wish the headset had a voice activated answering option though, where I could say "answer" and it would pick the call up. This is one thing I'm really missing from my old set, because with the Logitech, you have to press the phone button on the left ear to answer calls. The controls are very well placed though, so it's not difficult to locate.Overall, very solid headset, and it's incredibly lightweight. The battery life is advertised at 20 hours, and that seems to be pretty accurate, because I haven't charged it since the initial charge, and I'm on my 4th day of using it.
I received the Logitech Zone 300 Bluetooth Wireless headset and as I do a lot of talking from my iPhone to various folks this was something I definitely could use. After opening I proceeded to charge and once done I proceeded to make calls to test out the quality. It does offer a noise canceling mic which worked very well. It's also quite lightweight when wearing weighing in at just 3.4 ounces. Certainly not cumbersome at all. It switches between your smartphone and computer flawlessly as well.I got long usage out of the initial charge. I believe in total it was about 14 hours of talk time before i had to recharge it. There is a small circle of white light that shows when you are using or charging. It blinks when pairing then goes solid. You have volume buttons, power button, charger input and a phone button - all on one earcup as well as your mic which rotates up and down. You can download the free Logi Tune app on the logitech.com/tune website and then you're able to adjust different things to make the sound more personalized for your hearing, such as the mic level, EQ, sidetones and also firmware. A nice added feature for sure.I can honestly say because they're so lightweight and the sound is awesome (no dropped signals either) I was impressed and find myself reaching for them when calls come in. Therefore I can recommend the purchase, especially since the price is very reasonable and they get the job done very well. I own a number of Logitech items and they all have been very reliable. These are no exception.
The design of these headphones is something that at first glance can make one underestimate the capabilities of this device.Once turned on and having connected them to my phone and laptop and started using them, my perspective changed. The audio quality is very good, bass, midrange and bass seem to be well balanced, although you can improve the sound a lot more from the equalizer in logi's Tune app.The headphones are very light and therefore very comfortable. They have pads that cover a good portion of the ear that are made with a material that feels comfortable to the touch and are also well padded. Although this is a great point in its favor, this (that they are very light) is an area for improvement. Although this is a great point in its favor, this (that they are very light) is an area for improvement. When you are on the move, thanks to its wireless connectivity, and for some reason you make sudden movements, the headphones can easily slip causing them to fall to the floor. In prolonged use I have not generated great discomfort, only a slight pressure on my ears but that did not reach more. The microphone, which is retractable, works very well at isolating background noise and allowing for greater voice clarity. When raised, the microphone is muted and when lowered it is activated again. This function can be deactivated from the Tune app.The battery is one of its most remarkable features, with just over 50% I have been able to use them for several hours for a few days. I have charged them to 100%, in just under 2 hours, and the battery performance has been very good, lasting longer than expected -very well there Logi-.The headphones can connect with up to two devices at the same time via bluetooth. Although it is true that they can connect to phones, PCs, laptops or other mobile devices, when connecting to a desktop PC, or at least that happens in my case, the bluetooth signal gets interrupted if I get a few meters away from the PC or if I move momentarily to another part of my house. On mobile devices I did not have the same problem. In conclusion, the Logitech Zone 300 headphones offer a little more than fair for what you pay for them. I consider them to be competitively priced and have features that make the experience more enjoyable. They have an app that allows you to customize the headphones and get a better result. The sound is very good as well as the quality of the microphone. Undoubtedly they are entry-level headphones that are worth giving them a try, recommended.
The Logitech Zone 300 Wireless Headset is an essential for the office. I have used it for my Zoom class meetings, as well as to just listen to podcasts and they work impressively.I have the headset connected to my computer and my phone, and it recognizes and tunes in right away to whichever device I am on. I can walk around my house without my device and have no issues with connectivity. This is notable considering my more expensive headphones start to cut out at the same distance. The battery life is advertised as 20 hours of listen and 16 of talk time on a full charge. I have not had them long enough to drain them and have been using them almost daily, sometimes for hours. With all this usage it has only drained by 25%.The headset unbelievably lightweight to ... MoreThe Logitech Zone 300 Wireless Headset is an essential for the office. I have not had them long enough to drain them and have been using them almost daily, sometimes for hours. With all this usage it has only drained by 25%.The headset unbelievably lightweight to the point that I sometimes forget it is on my head. I will note that even though it is comfortable while wearing, the earpads cause ear pain that I only notice once removing them after having worn the headset for an extended period. Perhaps it needs a bit of time to break in though. I will admit the pain is pretty mild and short-lived, however.Logitech includes an app called “Tune” that allows the headset to be customized according to preference or media type. This is a nice little perk to have and really makes a difference depending on what I am listening to. Other features that can be customized are the time it takes for the headset to go into sleep mode, the sidetone of your voice, certain languages, rotate to mute feature, device name, and informative voice prompts. The mic self-mutes when it is folded up and unmutes when it is brough down near the mouth. I especially love this feature during Zoom class as I have had times where I did not know I was unmuted and am pretty much always paranoid now that it will happen again. Luckily, I don’t have to worry about that with this headset.I also like that the mic has background noise cancelation that helps muffle the noises around by those on the other end. This really helps as I have children and it is hard to keep their noise levels down most of the time. I have tested this feature using voice recording with my children around. My voice really stands out and comes through crisp and clear. My child next to my shoulder was still clearly audible but his voice came through at a much lower volume (he sounded like he was talking even though he was yelling). My other child who was 4 feet away could barely be heard and it was not clear what she was saying.Overall, this is a great addition to the home office space, and I recommend it for anyone on the market for a headset.
