I just bought 2 of these, sadly. I'd bought some Monk fruit extract/"sugar" in the past which I didn't recall having any other ingredient. It was a granular, and seemed to taste ok and we seemed to feel ok eating it. Now, this time, I'd thought I'd read the ingredients per usual but somehow I didn't notice that this "erythritol" ingredient was not only there, but was the 1st ingredient ! I re-looked at the packaging this time, because as I was eating cookies made with it, I mentioned to my husband that it tasted weirdly sweet. My husband said it reminded him of the taste of artificial sweeteners... . So, I read the ingredients again and then looked up Erythritol. Of course, it's FDA approved as safe enough, but there's evidence out there of it being as unhealthy as ... MoreI just bought 2 of these, sadly. It's m/l natural derived from corn, but I stopped reading by then, as there ARE serious health issues asst. with it's consumption and anyways, I was trying to use Monk Fruit, NOT this ! Now, I have 2 & 1/2 bags of this that I don't want to use, I have enough health challenges... I may be susceptible to it's risks ! I don't really feel right giving it away, either ! A sad reminder to read ingredients slowly and thoughtfully enough, every time ! Even if it's a company who's usually super trustworthy, and even if it's a product you've purchased in the past ( i've had that happen with something else).

Easy to use already mixed formula of erythritol and monkfruit with bonus brown sugar taste. I use this in coffee and in greek joghurt (keto diet). I pack this in small container when I drink coffee outside my home because EU does't allow monkfruit and allulose at this moment. Other sweetners with coffee taste bad - I mean "allowed ones". I've been using this over two years now and I'm very satisfied of it's taste and quality! Erythritol and monkfruit and a among only few sugar substitutes that don't affect blood sugar or insulin levels and therefore are ketofriendly. I would use this product even without ketodiet because the less you eat sugar the better it is for your health! I LOVE this monkfruit sweetener, particularly the golden one, because it tastes AMAZING - just like brown sugar! I can use it within anything - love putting is as a topping for my cottage cheese l, and it definitely doesn’t taste like anything fake. It adds the golden caramel flavor to anything I make. I love having tea with it, baking, using in my diet recipes, it is just perfect! Many years I’m coming back to it, and will never change it for any other sweetener. It doesn’t have any extra or after taste, you can’t use too much of it - it’s just like sugar, only LESS sweet (unlike most sweeteners that are 500 times sweeter than sugar and taste awful). Trust me, just buy it.
I absolutely love Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol in its Golden variety! This sweetener has become a staple in my kitchen, and I’ve purchased it many times. The taste is fantastic—it's sweet without the aftertaste that some other sugar substitutes have, making it a perfect alternative for baking and cooking. The Golden version has a rich, caramel-like flavor that enhances my recipes, whether I'm making desserts, beverages, or even savory dishes. I appreciate that it’s a zero-calorie sweetener, which aligns perfectly with my dietary goals.Additionally, I find it dissolves well in both hot and cold liquids, making it versatile for various uses. I keep the packets in my bag for use while I'm outside. Overall, I highly recommend Lakanto Monkfruit ... MoreI absolutely love Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol in its Golden variety! I have bought Splenda, 19.4 oz. bag, you get 550 - 2 tsp servings, and Stevia 19.4 oz. bag is also 550 - 2 tsp serving per bag for around $12, so when I saw this Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener for $7 an 8.9 oz bag I thought to try it thinking the price was comparable. Boy was I fooled. Firstly it may weigh 8.9 oz, but there are only 29 - 2 tsp servings, the package is much smaller than the other 2 sweeteners. By volume this product barely makes a cup, while the others measure several cups. I do understand that the others weigh less per cup. But being as all of them including Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener are supposed to measure 1 to 1 like sugar you don't get much of the monkfruit sweetner I certainly wouldn't want to bake with it, you would have hugely expensive baked ... MoreI have bought Splenda, 19.4 oz. bag, you get 550 - 2 tsp servings, and Stevia 19.4 oz. bag is also 550 - 2 tsp serving per bag for around $12, so when I saw this Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener for $7 an 8.9 oz bag I thought to try it thinking the price was comparable. Also this product contains very little Monkfruit and is mostly erythritol, a sugar alcohol made from corn. All in all I will NEVER purchase this highly overpriced product again.
I have been using this product for about a year. The result is spectacular because it does work for my family members. I will continue repurchase the product for sure. Highly recommend it.Monkfruit sugar is always one of the best ways to enjoy that sugar kick in substitution of the real sugar. It is keto friendly and this Lakanto monkfruit sugar really brings the joy of having sweetness without worrying your sugar level skyrocket to the penthouse. It's affordable and a much healthier version in its kind.it has a decent size.. no after taste because it has no filler or any artificial ingredients.. it taste like real brown sugar.. you can use them to mixed in any food, tea or fruit drinks without feeling guilty in taking in some sweets on your diet.. they say it ... MoreI have been using this product for about a year. Why would you change something that was so awesome? The Classic Sweetner had the same texture as sugar, now in this new shipment I just got, it's like powder. It is sticking to the side of my glass container like other cheaper tasting and less appetizing substitutes did. To top it all off, it even taste different. Nothing like what I have received in the past. I have recommended this product to tons of your customers. in fact, I was supposed to deliver a bag to a friend of mine that owns a local Mexican restaurant because he has been diagnosed with prediabetes and is looking for something better than what he is using for his tea and coffee. I told him all about your company and how awesome the Classic Sweetner is . He has even seen me at time bring in a small glass ... MoreWhy would you change something that was so awesome? Really not happy now with my 30lbs that just arrived today.
