I’m quite sure that this is a rebranded LamsonSharp. First impressions are good. The bolster is brass and oxidises quickly. The steel hasn’t been oxidising super fast, so not too high maintenance.

Have always had a Chinese chopper until my daughter taxed it so I had to buy another one! I do all my cutting with it & is the best & safest blades to use when cutting if you are shown how! Quality blade!
A good hand feel and takes an edge easily
I have 15 or more Chinese cleavers ranging from $10 to $300 Shun and this is the best I have. I t balances well and the steel holds its edge. Also I do a lot of chicken stock and cut the bones without a problem. Given time, when you get used to a cleaver it will take over from your cooks knifes.
Have been shopping with Everten for 6 years now, always happy. This is my second chopper I've bought. Gave away my first to a friend who liked it so much.
This Chinese chopper is great for preparing my stir fry meat and vegetables. The quality steal blade keeps a very sharp edge. I know this knife will be in the family for years to come.
