It's difficult to find a measuring tape that has both metric and imperial. Measurement tolerance and accuracy was on par with my Milwaukee. While the housing is definitely plastic and not as durable, it's also a fraction of the price. Considering that my Milwaukee sometimes goes walking, it's nice to have a backup that I can rely on.

This is a standard 25' locking tape measure. I would say that this is an entry level product. the sides are hard plastic, and there is no rubber to protect from a fall, although I do not think that a 3 foot fall would damage it.The locking mechanism is nice, and the measurements go to 1/16 of an inch. The tape is also 1 inch wide. overall, I think that this would be a nice starter Tape measure.
