All tipes of music from classical to modern day music sound amazing.The only other issue I have with it is the Alexa part, it struggled some times to hear or wake up on command. Once you get over the lack of instructions and figure it out it is a great peace of kit.

I recently visited your Leeds shop to buy a new Bluetooth speaker. on the advice of your staff, i bought a Bowers and Wilkins Zeppelin. It is unbelievably good. I had not previously understood the reduction in sound quality caused by Bluetooth. The service I received was excellent and buying the speaker was an enjoyable experience.

I bought Zeppelin recently, as an upgrade from the previous version. The product came well packed but noted the item is bulky, and it does not feel as premium as it is fragile, and poorly designed. Furthermore, it is expensive compared to competitor products which offer a lot more than Zeppelin. It does have good points, among which include good Bluetooth connectivity, multiple app support, and good sound quality. Now would I recommend this product to others, I would advise shopping around before buying this.

The device can be a little 'sticky' when connecting/disconnecting and switching across your devices (laptop/iphone/appleTV/ipad/Samsung TV), most especially, Samsung devices (they seem to hate each other, anyway), especially the Samsung TV product line. The device most often WILL NOT go into sleep mode on its own. This will run the device at 150w (pre-amp on) instead of the .5w in sleep mode. Be aware: if the 'green light' is on, in the middle of the night, so is the 150w pre-amp! Sound quality is just 'okay...' there is not a way, native to the OEM device to adjust treble/mid/base which is unfortunate, as I find the sound to be a bit on the high side (treble).

Being predominantly Apple Music person however did pose an issue though, as the system doesn’t (yet) support Apple Music and the only way to play music from my apple music library was via Airplay which worked just as well which takes me to audio quality.When spending around £700 on a speaker you would be expecting some quality sound, and the Zeppelin doesn’t disappoint. One of the first things I notices was just how loud the speaker can get for its size. I had it mainly on around 50% volume most of the time, and that was more than enough and can easily fill a large room. The sound stage of the speaker is probably the width of the speaker itself and would have been nice if it was wider, maybe by having the speakers set at an angle outward but it’s not a showstopper at all. When listening to different all kinds of different genre you are greeted with bright and clear sound with a tight punchy bass, but its clear from the onset that this speaker better suits genre like Pop, Dance and Classical but if you are a predominantly Rock listener, I think there are better alternatives out there.All in all, I think this speaker is awesome, from its build quality to the sound it generates. Yes its expensive, but you will be hard to find a stylish speaker that sounds this good for the same sort of price.
As bluetooth speakers go to me the Zeppelin is by far the best sounding one around. Nice stereo imaging and a well balanced sound right across the frequency spectrum. Its iconic look might not be to everyone's taste but I love it! The only slight issue I had was setting up the app initially - a little bit fiddly but got there finally.
Completely overkill for my needs. I purchased to replace my Libratone Zipp (which still works great after 5 years). I work from home and the Zeppelin sits on my desk next to my laptop and sounds fantastic. Set up took a minute or so. I switch between bluetooth from a macbook pro, and spotify connect from my phone, and no issues so far. Obviously not as stereo as a pair of speakers, but as mentioned, it is amusingly overkill as a desktop speaker. I love it.

It is a statement piece and not something to be hidden away in a corner. The sound absolutely lives up to the billing, filling the room and immersing you in the music. I have really enjoyed re-listening to my favourite artists picking out the individual instruments, it seems equally at home on pop, funk, blues, rock or classical. It is a serious upgrade on my previous wifi speaker, although at the time, I thought that was pretty decent! It is also very easy to use. There is an app which has you set up in 10 minutes (including it updating the speaker software) and you can connect it to accounts like Spotify or Alexa. ...
