I use to buy generic bags and well it is not worth it. Generic brands sizing is a bit off... smaller compared to Ziploc. Ziploc are easy to open, stay closed, and work greater in the freezer. I like to use these bags for portion sizing my chicken breast for freezing. I will put 2 into a bag and throw them in the freezer. They do a great job. I have even used these for individual spaghetti sauce servings. They don't burst and hold up well.

Ziploc bags are tried and true! I love to get the slider bags that have leakguard protection. It comes in handy when you're using it for meat that's in the freezer and then defrosts on your counter - no spills! I've tried so many other cheap brands and store brands of plastic storage and it's just not worth losing the quality of the bags to save a few pennies. Just spend the extra few bucks on Ziploc to ensure top notch storage! I couldn't recommend Ziploc bags enough!

These are the only freezer gallon bags that I use. Zip lock is such a quality brand and not just because it is such a well known brand. It's well known because it produces quality products with this being no exception. I like that these ones have the slider on them because it ensures that rhe bag actually closes without having to take too much time to ensure closure. I recommend these for anybody in the market for freezer bags. The quality is there.

I got these zip log bags to help store produce, food left food items and literally anything in here. It comes so helpful and in handy to help with storage and to help keep the food clean and handy. Sometimes it can also be used for any products that aren’t food. It’s a very handy container bag. Love this brand and the best part is it comes in different sizes to help with different weights. I love buying meat in bulk or cutting up my own chicken from whole chickens. I always choose Ziploc Freezer Bags when doing so because the zipper closure is the most dependable and therefore there is less food wastedue to freezer burn. The price point isn't bad, either. If anyone were to ask me which brand of storage bags I prefer, they'd definitely get Ziploc as my recommendation.
I bought these and had high hopes - I use these large bags for breading and they are great for shake and coat breading or just to toss ingredients. I normally always use the large ziplock freezer bags but wanted to try these out - well, the seal easily pops open. I was doing a homemade breading and had to inflate the bag and shake it to combine the ingredient - well, the seal popped open 2 second after I shock the bag and my breading was all over the place - - -This NEVER happens with the other ziplock bags I normally use - - -terrible quality/poor seal.
