had a healthy dose of multivitamins thanks to this one. really felt great moving around after taking this
I’m terrible at remembering to take a multi vitamin, but I do remember that I have to drink water everyday! It tastes nice and I notice my energy is lower when I don’t take it, can’t recommend any higher!
Watch out, these are not suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Couldn't get hold of my usual ones due to people buying lots and flogging them online. Thought I'd give these a go, they don't dissolve very well, or taste very nice, but all in all they are multi vitamins which is what I wanted. My usual brand is 89p for 20 so at over £5 these are rather expensive!
This tastes so much better than other similar effervescent tablets. It doesn't contain Iodine so it's a great option for anyone with hypothyroidism.
Love this Multi vitamin, easily dissolves , Balanced taste.
