This is the best flavour of the Voost range by far. Sometimes I wish it didn’t have caffeine though. I wish they would make the multivitamin one this flavour too. It would be good if it contained iron also.
I recently brought these to try. Between prescribed medication side effects of tiredness, working and being a mum my days were very sluggish and I always felt exhausted. The second day of using this I felt so much better energy wise, even during my workouts and post workouts my legs and arms would shake and I’d feel fatigued. I don’t get that now. It’s helped me physically so much ! Recommended it to friends.
