The Vitamix A2300i sits at the top tier of home blending. Used as the commercial standard in over 110,000 kitchens worldwide and manufactured in Cleveland, Ohio since 1921, Vitamix is the benchmark every other high-performance blender is measured against. The A2300i is the entry model in the Ascent Series, Vitamix's smart blender platform. It shares the same 2.2 HP motor, 2-litre container, and build quality as the rest of the series, but keeps the interface manual. No preset programs, just variable speed, pulse, and a digital timer. For cooks who prefer to control the blend themselves, it's the purest expression of what Vitamix does. Built for manual control The variable speed dial with 10 positions and pulse function let you refine every texture, from chunky salsas to smooth purées. A built-in digital timer displays blend time so you can repeat your results exactly. SELF-DETECT technology The container and motor base communicate automatically, adjusting maximum blend times to whichever jar is attached. Start with the 2-litre low profile container and expand your system with tumblers and bowls as your needs grow.
