A fully isolated 24V-to-24V DC-DC charger that lifts a 24V auxiliary battery back to full state from a 24V vehicle alternator. Delivers up to 17A continuous and 400W through a three-stage adaptive algorithm with AGM, gel, flooded and lithium profiles ready to pick in the VictronConnect app. Fits trucks, buses, 24V 4WDs, coach-chassis motorhomes and 24V boat helms where the house bank needs to stay separate from the start battery. Galvanic isolation between input and output rated to 200V DC keeps a ground loop from forming between vehicle chassis and auxiliary bank. The housing is 130 mm H by 186 mm W by 70 mm D at 1.6 kg, with screw terminals accepting up to 16 mm2 cable for input, output and remote on/off, plus a Bluetooth radio for VictronConnect. Peak efficiency sits at 89 percent and off-load draw stays under 80 mA. This unit is 24V input to 24V output only, so do not wire it into a 12V alternator feed. Protect both input and output cables with correctly sized DC fuses at the batteries, and mount it vertically on a flat surface with the terminals facing down.
