Sony G-Series XQD Memory Card 64 GB

I have always had a great business relationship with Adorama and their quality products. I have a Nikon Z7 that uses these Sony XQD memory cards for almost a year now. The Sony cards have never failed me. They are easy to slip them in my camera and into the Sony card reader to upload the photos onto my computer. After each download, I always re-format the cards and have never had any of my files be corrupted or fail to function as advertised. I was concerned that there might be some problems with the electronics and the cards malfunctioning due to the 99% humidity this wet cavern. After over two and a half hours in this wet environment I have over 100 great photos of the caverns thanks to the reliability of these Sony cards. And Yes, I would recommend them to anyone who demands critical reliability.

I wish my Z6 took regular SD cards. But these gizmos are the cost of doing business. Blazingly fast, and the 5- year warranty plus the shockproof/x-ray- proof/waterproof/crushproof/run over with a truck- proof, etc. claims on the packaging give me confidence in trusting the single card slot. Just keep in mind that you'll want (at least) two of these and that will be $240. Ouch.

Application is lacrosse games shooting 7 frames/sec about 1400 shots/game. Responsive, no issue with data loss (I have a couple with different capacities I’ve used for several years). Notice: SanDisk CFExpress (on sale) is cheaper as are other xqd brands. I buy Sony XQD over other brands because I trust their quality but am looking into Sandisk for expansion. Why mention this? If you switch and use a card reader, you need to ensure your card reader reads both.
