Made from durable high quality stainless steel, this roaster comes with roasting rack with a handy internal size of 35cm x 24cm x 6cm (42cm x 26cm x 11cm including handles). Oven-safe to 220/250 deg cel with/without lid Maintenance and Care Before First Use Wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush. Do not use harsh scourers Routine Cleaning After cooking, do not put cold water in hot pan ; wait until cool, remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and nylon cloth/brush ; Heat tint or streak marks can be caused by excessive high heat. Do NOT use excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, mix 2 table spoons of bi-carb soda with water to create a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in circular motion, then rinse off as normal. Whilst the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the life of the product. For even better results, use the Scanpan Steel and Copper Cleaner for an "as new" finish.

Measurements are bigger but the pan is the same size. Just the handles stick out more. And it was 44.5 cm long, not 44, which is critical for my oven. The pan itself looks superb.

I bought this because a friend of mine has one and cooks the most unbelievable Roasts in it. I have since used it several times already and it really does roast the best dinners. It also cleans like a dream. No scrubbing, just hot soapy water and good as new. Very happy that I bought one.

A good pan with deep handles on the side for ease of getting in and out of the oven. The material can be a bit thin on the base leading to warping and not sitting flat. It doesn't affect usage but it is there.

Was looking for a really large baking tray to replace existing one. Unfortunately this pan is only 6cm deep and 35cm long with the handles making up the rest of the dimensions.Love the quality, just wish the sizing reflected the tray size as I bought online so only had the listed dimensions to go by.
Scanpan is always excellent quality, and even better when its on special! This is a good sized roasting tray, easy to clean snd the rack is sturdy and fits well.
Love my scanpan makes perfect roast potatoes. Perfect to make your gravy in with all the meat juice leftover.
Beautiful stylish roasting pan with very practical features. Just the right size and cooked my lamb perfectly. The handles were just the right size. Fitted into the sink perfectly for washing and was very easy to clean
Great piece of kitchen ware that all should have. The stainless steel finish makes cooking much safer with out the risk of Teflon getting into the food. Cleaning is a breeze. Glad I got one.
