A roaster is a must for all cookware collections! The Impact roaster is one of Scanpan s best selling items. Made from durable high quality stainless steel, this roaster comes with roasting rack with a handy internal size of 40cm x 29cm x 10cm (48.5cm x 31cm x 13cm including handles). Oven-safe to 220/250 deg cel with/without lid Maintenance and Care Before First Use Wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush. Do not use harsh scourers Routine Cleaning After cooking, do not put cold water in hot pan ; wait until cool, remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and nylon cloth/brush ; Heat tint or streak marks can be caused by excessive high heat. Do NOT use excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, mix 2 table spoons of bi-carb soda with water to create a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in circular motion, then rinse off as normal. Whilst the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the life of the product. For even better results, use the Scanpan Steel and Copper Cleaner for an "as new" finish.

Great family size roaster and rack for healthy cooking or making scrumptious gravy from the juices.
I've used this twice in as many weeks and it's great. Perfect for roasting meat and potatoes if there's just two of you. Very useful as it can go straight on the hob to make yummy gravy from the roasting juices. Worth the price for sure.
I finally have a roasting pan that cooks beautifully, washes fabulously and looks sexy!!!!
Roasts and vegetables turn out really well. The pan distributes heat evenly which makes it better than the cheaper roasting pans. It is pricey to other pans but definitely worth it. Another great scanpan product. Make sure you check the handles of the pan will fit in oven also.
I like the high sides of this baking dish. excellent quality as one would expect from scanpan, cooks so evenly. Easy to clean.
I love the way it cleans right back to its shiny state as though its brand new . This is the second one I have purchased and the old one looks like brand new after all these years
It sadly needed to return is was far too large for a standard oven. This product is great if you have the wider stoves..
I cooked my first roast in this pan last week. The result was amazing. The size is perfect for a large bit of meat so it makes roasting for a large number of people easy. The other benifit is that's easy to clean. The only small minus is that you can't brown meat on top of the hob in this pan, but I can live with that .
