Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G 128GB Mystic Grey Good Refurbished

Package came sealed but the hp is a display set so can expect some scratches on the back cover. The touch screen sometimes not responsive. It hanged on me while scrolling. Video quality not great, motion trail. Overall i wish i had bought a different model. I've noticed that most of the other reviews were dated abt 2yrs back so maybe back then it was a new set.update: battery depletes super fast

I would love to take a pic. But I'm on it. This phone has been amazing. I have had it for over 3 years. I really do not want to upgrade. The camera is AMAZING. The display is so clear. The screen is the perfect size for me. I absolutely love the pen. The speakers are nice and loud. I have epilepsy so I tend to drop stuff. This phone has hit the ground so much and not even a scratch. I never run out of storage. Words really can't describe how amazing this phone it.

The design of this phone, well, just look at it. It's almost a fashion statement more than just a smartphone. The performance is definitely top notch, there's maybe 3 or 4 other phones that can compete with it at the time of its release. It'll run any game you can download, it loads websites as fast as a desktop and it's still just as fast as day 1 release. It'll definitely, easily do anything you need a phone to do. The s pen even transforms it into an art tablet if you want to, I can't draw too well, but there's an entire community of people who draw amazing things on this phone. Do a quick search you'll be amazed. I know a camera isn't what everyone wants in a phone, but phone cameras are what a majority of pictures are taken with. When the time comes and you do need to snap a photo, this phone has got you covered. Anything from 1-10 times zoom is absolutely gorgeous. 11-20 times zoom is really good, but you can still go out to 50x. It does get a bit grainy at the max zoom, but it's still wild that you can get that much zoom out of a phone camera. From the camera, to the software, to the physical design, this phone is probably the best piece of portable technology you can buy. It's all you could ever want out of a phone, and a lot more!

5/5 Stars. Five out of five stars.

DONT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE A WIRELESS CHARGER

the phone is great however theres one problem. the charging port doesnt work. some nights i spend 30 minutes trying to get my phone to charge. the slightest touch or movement will cause it to stop charging. every Samsung phone I've ever had gets this problem. my current galaxy note 20 started doing it the same year I bought it. seriously embarrassing for Samsung. why remove the headphone jack if the charging port doesn't even work? probably never buying a Samsung again I'm tired of wasting my time trying to get my phone in that perfect sweet spot just so it'll take 6 hours to charge

Galaxy Note Ultra 20

Overall, I'm pleased with this product. It was delivered quickly, actually earlier than expected, and appears to be new. Although I previously had the same exact phone, just not with as much storage, there are some settings that are different from what I expected. And the camera is good, just not as sharp and crisp as I was hoping like my previous one was when I first bought it. I also thought it would come with headphones, like my previous GalaxyNote Ultra 20, but it did not. But overall, everything is working well after 2 weeks. I'm satisfied.

Poor customer service.

Where do I start. First off they got my purchase wrong. They sent me the wrong color phone. They tried to convince me to keep the wrong color they sent me but I did not and return for the right color. Then I found out the phone isn’t the right phone that I want and needed to return it. They are Very unreasonable about allowing you to return an unwanted item. They calm to give a 30 days return, extended 45 days return. But when I tried to return it wasn’t eligible for return after 20 days. When I tried to reach out No response. They refused to give me a refund. So all I would say is purchase at your on risk. Don’t except much help if you need to return.

Shady Seller with Horrible Customer Service.

The only good thing about this seller was how quickly the item arrived. The phone was supposed to be in very good condition but what I got didn't even meet Acceptable condition, not just because of the wear and tear on the case but it seemed like the charging port was slightly damaged and had a loose connection with the charger that came with it. I tried my Samsumg charger and it seemed to fit a little better but still fell out if it was bumped. The back of the phone felt like it had been sanded and I assume it was since there was a clear cracked spot that had been either glued or welded back together. The screen had lots of light scratches you could see in the light but only a couple you could actually feel.I tried contacting the seller and was hoping it would ... MoreThe only good thing about this seller was how quickly the item arrived. They offered $25 as a partial refund but that would have still been more expensive than the same phone they were selling in Good condition. And they have a listing in Acceptable Condition on Amazon for $70 less. When I said the $25 was unacceptable but I'd still be willing to take a partial refund over a return since it was supposed to be a Christmas present. But I explained my reasons in why $25 was just too little given the condition, based on their prices, and having to get a case and wireless charger. Then I stopped hearing anything from them at all, despite two more attempts to get a reply.Thankfully Walmart guarantees a refund because I'm having to use them to actually get anything done now. I'm just glad I checked the phone rather than just wrapping it up or it would have been a huge let down Christmas morning.

Too fragile and too expensive to repair

Look at all these great features! It's an amazing phone, but it's too fragile, too expensive, and too expensive to repair to carry it around.I had this in an Incipio case that's supposed to be rated to a 10ft drop. The Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on the front and back is something Corning say is supposed to be rated up to a 2m drop. I dropped my Galaxy Note20 Ultra while it was in the case, onto wooden floorboards, from about 3ft, and it cracked the supposed pinnacle of smart phone glass technology. The glass was cracked but the fingerprint sensor and digitiser still worked. So I sent it to Samsung for an out-of-warranty repair. It took six days for them to assess it and I got a quote for $629 back. That's nearly 1/3 the price of the phone. The exposed edges ... MoreLook at all these great features! It's fully featured in every respect, but it's too fragile to be an actual phone. When I get it back I'm going to sell it straight away and buy something that's actually built to be carried around. Because I can afford to lose some of the functionality, but I can't afford a phone that's going to break under circumstances that are absolutely ordinary for a cellphone and where no other phone I've had has broken like that.

Totally outclasses Spoke's tri-corder in convenience and capability: it's a sick piece of kit as my kids would say.

This replaced a Samsung S7 which was around five years old and was well worth the upgrade. I am a keen photographer and hiker and so am impressed by the Note 20 Ultra's camera, supporting software (the Samsung RAW editor) and large bright screen. The battery life is good at around 24 hours between charges with continual use throughout the day and the sound and microphone perform well outdoors. This is the last Samsung phone to have an SD card memory slot, newer versions have dropped this feature, and so this makes it ideal for photographers who need expandable storage. Transferring all my data and settings from my old S7 was a simple matter of running Samsung''s excellent Smart Switch app which can also complete backups up to a PC for extra piece of mind; and the PC Dex app is an excellent addition to PC connection functionality. But like all modern smart phones, the Note 20 has an exposed camera with no lens protection and a case which, although beautiful to look at, is far too fragile and slippery in the hand for safe use outside of a protective case. Samsung screens, in being AMOLED, are stunning to view but I really dislike the curved edges that Samsung has applied to all its premium phones these days - watching videos, viewing photos and even reading on a screen whichrolls pixels over curved edges is ridiculous design philosophy in my opinion. I bought this phone at 600 new with 256GB of internal memory, a steal compared to the most recent fair from Samsung, and so it's a thoroughly recommended purchase.
