I purchased this tea . I’m a long term insomniac. And I am now prescribed medication that disrupts sleep and can no longer take sleep medication because of medication interactions. I really but it with no real expectation as I have tried other herbal supplements/ teas with no effect whatsoever. For the past 2 nights I have drank this tea , it makes you super relaxed and I have actually had no problems falling asleep which was always my issue. I still wake in the night but go back to sleep without problems. This is a complete miracle for someone like me , I’m actually flabbergasted 😮

I think it's great as I have now replaced it with my prescribed thc oil for sleeping as it does a way better job than the thc oil I was using. I was having a lot of negative affects with what I was using for having a restful sleep. I have noticed I wake up less with this tea blend as well. I haven't used it hot yet but plan to in the future. I use this as a cold infusion and it tastes/smells great. A nice berry flavour to it. Usually takes half hour to one hour for it to work. If you have a small bladder then you'll most likely wake up to pee in the middle of the sleep. But I have been relaxed enough to go back to sleep without being wide awake like usual. So it keeps you on that nice deep relaxing state hours after being asleep as well.

As the eternal sceptic, I didn't think much of my GP's suggestion to try Roogenic Native Sleep Tea in addressing the serious sleep issues associated with my chronic health conditions. It's fair to say I owe him (& Roogenic!) a great debt of gratitude 😁.Not only has this marvellous product become an indispensable part of my nightly routine, I've also found the other formulations incredibly helpful with headaches (relief tea) aches & pains (anti-inflamatea), and my favourite afternoon cuppa the strawberry tea (I don't care what it's for, it tastes AMAZING!)My dear mother, for whom good sleep has been a lifelong challenge, is also now sleeping more quickly and soundly than ever before since I put her on to sleep tea.Thanks Roogenic!

I the flavour lives up to its name for relaxation, and what has attracted me is the bonus that each bag can be brewed at least twice which makes it far more economical for pensioners such as myself allowing one teabag to last two evenings. I was excited to read of the new Native Sleep flavour and was keen to try it. I must admit the taste is without question a delightful berry flavour which also is enjoyable to the palate and has a similar relaxing effect as the Native Relaxation tea. No matter how I tried, it could not be used successfully a second time and retain a flavorsome brew. I also noticed that unlike the Native Relaxation Tea bag instructions, nowhere on the Native Sleep packaging is stated that the tea bag can be used a second time, so obviously this has been omitted intentionally. As both teas cost the same, this means that one can only brew half the amount of Native Sleep tea from each tea bag for the same price, making it less economical. Regarding marketing, it is clear that the outer cardboard packaging has been halved in size, and the individual seal foil for each bag has been removed, and this is commendable to Roogenics for reducing waste and packaging which many companies are striving for. Unfortunately, as the price remains the same, the change seems to be at the cost of the consumer. I will continue to purchase the Native Relaxation tea for as long as I can get 36 brewed cups of tea from the 18 tea bags in each box. Sadly though, despite being a most enjoyable and possibly preferred alternative, I cannot afford any more Native Sleep teabags once I have used the trial 6 boxes of tea. purchased.
I've never been a big fan of herbal teas. They often smell amazing but when you drink them, it's just.... boring. But Roogenic is the only brand of tea I recommend to others and this Native Sleep Tea is the one that kick-started my love affair with Roogenic. Not only does it tastes AMAZING but I definitely do sleep well. So well that when the fur-baby was whining in the crate, I didn't hear a thing. Or the rain that was "drip, drip, dripping" onto a kettle which unfortunately kept my husband awake... And no, he doesn't drink tea. So sucks for him. Seriously though, if you love a good cuppa before bed, want to sleep well and support an Australian company, then this is the tea for you.
A nice tasting tea that really helps me relax, preparing for sleep. I’ve tried a few teas but they usually are green tea based with that bitter taste, but this one is subtle yet fragrant. I intend to order again after I finish this packet.I won’t claim that it knocked me out or anything as I have a very active brain and hyper vigilant nervous system, and have struggled with insomnia for years. However, I have noticed that making this tea as a nightly ritual helps prepare my mind and body to get ready for bed, and feel it’s easier to fall asleep on the days I drink the tea compared to those I don’t. It’s a nice change!

I started getting peppered with ads for this on social media months ago and my first reaction was to call BS. However, after finding melatonin no longer working for sleep. and not wanting to get back on sleeping tablets, I thought I’d give it go. Nothing happened on the first night and I almost binned it, but it actually tastes delicious so I thought I may as well finish the pack. Night two I had a great sleep and felt really restored. My HRV saw the biggest jump in years and I thought it might be an anomaly. However it’s now been two weeks and I am consistently getting a great nights sleep and I’m waking up refreshed, restored and feeling better than I have in years. I absolutely loved it!I have suffered from an inability to switch off my brain and fall asleep at night, this has gone on for years and I have tried all other avenues for relief.I want to say that I still have a problem some nights still but those are getting fewer and more infrequent and it is because of the native sleep tea. It's the only thing it can possibly be and it amazes me that something so simple as this can make all the difference. I also have 2 cups of the native Anti-inflammitea a day and am hoping for the same success in bringing my level of inflammation down. I realize I am on a winner with all of these native teas, you only have to look to the indigenous folk in any great land, they have all the special secrets handed down through time immemorial
