After reading alot of reviews I was actually a bit sceptical that it could be THAT good. Scepticism unfounded. I am actually in awe of the difference the sleep tea has made to my quality of sleep. There is absolutely none of the hangover/wooly-headed type side effect the next day as you often get with prescription sleep aids. I fall asleep quickly and while I still wake during the night (the bladder wants what the bladder wants) I am now able to return to a restful sleep with ease. The whole waking up and feeling rested was a bit alien at first...took me a while to recognise how a good nights sleep feels. Thank you for this magic.

I was quite skeptic purchasing this tea. I’ve tried that many teas suppose to help with sleep and it has always been ‘may be it’s working? Maybe not’.I bought ‘sleep’ and ‘relax’. And went back to buy 5 more to give away as gifts. So far feedbacks from my friends have been very positive as well!I actually do feel relaxed and sleepy after drinking the tea. It’s not a miracle cure for sleepless nights but it definitely helps to take you to sleepy land easier than without.Bonus points for tasting lovely too! Berry like flavour!

Your native sleep tea is the best sleeping aid I have found. I can have a cup of tea and sleep deeply but still wake up and feel fresh. I have used many other herbal sleeping products and almost resorted to strong sleeping tablets but decided to give your product a go. I am so glad I did! I have worked shift work for the past 20 years, 12 hours shifts of either day or night shifts, as I get older I'm finding it harder to get a good deep sleep. Roogenic Tea tastes good and works perfectly with my lifestyle of ever-changing sleeping patterns. Make sure you still prepare yourself for sleep, get a good dark room for daytime sleeping have the tea in bed and enjoy a good deep sleep.

I’m writing this at 4:50am because I decided I was too lazy last night to make myself a tea and now I’m facing the consequences.This tea is a must in my household and probably the only thing that I believe has noticeably helped me sleep!! I’m a light sleep and often have an overactive mind but this tea just helps my mind shut off and stay off through the night.I still have days where I wake up on the middle of the night but I go back down quiet easily.I’ve gone through three boxes and have two in the pantry because I cannot go without it. I’ve had chronic insomnia my whole life and this tea helps me with that immensely! It helps me sleep more deeply and for longer, and when I wake up in the middle of the night, I have an easier time falling back asleep on nights I drink this tea. I like using the loose leaf because I can make it a little more potent than the recommended amount. It works best of I drink it for multiple nights in a row. I like to brew it with only a small amount of water, so that I don’t have to wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I’m so grateful to have this tea in my life and I recommend it to everyone! It also tastes delicious!
My husband has never slept well, wakes in the night and is never fully refreshed in the morning. I’m also not a morning person and find it hard to wake most mornings. As both teas cost the same, this means that one can only brew half the amount of Native Sleep tea from each tea bag for the same price, making it less economical. Regarding marketing, it is clear that the outer cardboard packaging has been halved in size, and the individual seal foil for each bag has been removed, and this is commendable to Roogenics for reducing waste and packaging which many companies are striving for. Unfortunately, as the price remains the same, the change seems to be at the cost of the consumer. I will continue to purchase the Native Relaxation tea for as long as I can get 36 brewed cups of tea from the 18 tea bags in each box. Sadly though, despite being a most enjoyable and possibly preferred alternative, I cannot afford any more Native Sleep teabags once I have used the trial 6 boxes of tea. purchased.
I have tried other many techniques so I can sleep well. I usually forced my self to be able to sleep, wake up many times early. I even tried prescription sleeping medication. I realize we are all different but my experience so far suggests that it takes some hours before going to bed before there is any noticeable effect.Alcohol, other than a very small amount definitely impacts the efficacy of either brew. Also, I found that its critical not to have any caffeine after late morning.
