Prana On Phyto Fire Protein - 1.2 kg - Honeycomb

I have been taking this once a day... Actually I take it as my evening meal replacement. I found it to work wonderfully. It keeps me satisfied. No bloating. No discomfort of any description. A really good product. ♥

Aminoz preworkout

Decided to try this as other amino z generic products have been excellent to date (love the flavourless protein powder). Have tried numerous pre workouts over the years from no xplode to all the C4s (which till now have been the best), Optimun Nutrition, and more recently Total War, but I have to admit that this trumps them. Firstly for the energy it gives, and very surprisingly the added strength it gives me in workout, I can lift about 20% heavier weights, so gives me the confidence to push myself as i usually train alone. Secondly for the taste firstly (cola) compared to my previous fav blue raz. And lastly for the price which is about 30% cheaper than the more popular brands. 1st time I used it couldn't sleep that night but has been fine since. Awesome product and great value

Ive used amino z complete pre workout for awhile now and am very happy with the product. You really get a pump and the extra energy. Ive been able to lift heavier and longer to get most of my workout. And its alot cheaper than the other commercial pre workouts available. Highly recommended!

Bang for buck, best in the business!

I thought I’d give this a shot because every amino z product I’ve tried has been amazing. Same goes for this, no crash and you get a really good boost to get a mad work out.Also amino z has the best customer service team I have ever dealt with. Never had any issues and they always go above and beyond!

Best stuff going around

I consider myself quite a pre-workout connoisseur, having tried many many different types of pre-workouts. In fact, as I’m writing this I have 275 mg of caffeine pumping through my veins, which are the size of a water pipe right now, due to citrulline malate. Overall great taste, great pump and most importantly, great energy. Highly recommend

Delicious rich non-powdery

I've never tolerated dairy protein without suffering. I've tried plant based protein mixes and many have an overpowering taste from the origin plant and are gritty. This product has no residue taste, is quite sweet but without the sugar and you can dumb it down by using less of a scoop. There is no gritty texture. I make mine with almond milk, ice, half a banana blended - divine. It's like a decent soy thick-shake only healthier. Flavours are very good though Chocolate and Honeycomb are best.

Prana On Phyto Fire is a fantastic high quality plant based complete protein powder with a light texture that mixes easily into a large variety of different food and liquid types , the dark chocolate is divine on flaked quinoa with blueberries and the ice coffee is perfect with banana and rice milk . I have found it to be gentle on sensitive stomachs and a wonderful addition to any nutrition plan with its high quality ingredients. It is also very handy for busy athletes who are on the go . Pre workout - Pineapple coconut

Kinda strange flavour, but it’s nice enough.First time using a higher strength beta alinine pre workout, made my legs really tingly, slightly itchy. But the back pump was really good, energy was definitely there for the extra reps at the end of a set. The ones you really have to push for.I have a decent caffeine tolerance and this definitely still got me going. Not even a full scoop.Pro’s - does what it should.Cons - doms the next day were brutal due to those extra reps I could push ????, and flavour being a bit weird.

Quality as usual

Very happy with the results, hits me just right. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because I found the sour cola flavour I ordered recently, takes a lot of time to saturate in water. No matter how hard I mix it, there's a layer of unmixed powder left on the sides of my bottle. Otherwise great.

The best Pre workout

Amazing pre workout. I love the flavour of them all and it always provides the energy I need to get through another workout. I workout first thing in the morning and this gives me the energy I need even at the end of a busy week. This has changed my life, as I am making more progress than I have ever done before. This pre workout is great value and I have no problem purchasing this again and again as it always works.
