Prana On Phyto Fire Protein - 1.2 kg - Dark Chocolate

I have been taking this once a day... Actually I take it as my evening meal replacement. I found it to work wonderfully. It keeps me satisfied. No bloating. No discomfort of any description. A really good product. ♥

A good preworkout.

First time trying this preworkout. I really love the taste (sour gummy). After about 10min I feel the caffeine kick in, heart rate speeds up and I get the urge to go hard and heavy. Quite like this product, would probably buy it again.

Amino Z hits a HOME RUN!

A while back I tried an AminoZ pre-workout, and wasn't impressed. The taste was not inspiring and I couldn't wait to finish it, to move on to another product. Well here we are a few years down the track and I was due to shell out another $60-80 for a pre, when this new product caught my eye. At around 38 bucks for 60 serve pack its a hell of a lot cheaper than my normal products and reading through the nutritional profile showed promise. Generous hits of caffeine, citrulline malate, and bela alanine with every serve, it even has around 9g of protein! This new pre by AminoZ hits home for me in every area. Aminoz preworkout

Decided to try this as other amino z generic products have been excellent to date (love the flavourless protein powder). Have tried numerous pre workouts over the years from no xplode to all the C4s (which till now have been the best), Optimun Nutrition, and more recently Total War, but I have to admit that this trumps them. Firstly for the energy it gives, and very surprisingly the added strength it gives me in workout, I can lift about 20% heavier weights, so gives me the confidence to push myself as i usually train alone. Secondly for the taste firstly (cola) compared to my previous fav blue raz. And lastly for the price which is about 30% cheaper than the more popular brands. 1st time I used it couldn't sleep that night but has been fine since. Bang for buck, best in the business!

I thought I’d give this a shot because every amino z product I’ve tried has been amazing. Same goes for this, no crash and you get a really good boost to get a mad work out. Also amino z has the best customer service team I have ever dealt with. Never had any issues and they always go above and beyond!

Best stuff going around

I consider myself quite a pre-workout connoisseur, having tried many many different types of pre-workouts. In fact, as I’m writing this I have 275 mg of caffeine pumping through my veins, which are the size of a water pipe right now, due to citrulline malate. Overall great taste, great pump and most importantly, great energy. Highly recommend

Delicious rich non-powdery

I've never tolerated dairy protein without suffering. I've tried plant based protein mixes and many have an overpowering taste from the origin plant and are gritty. This product has no residue taste, is quite sweet but without the sugar and you can dumb it down by using less of a scoop. There is no gritty texture. I make mine with almond milk, ice, half a banana blended - divine. It's like a decent soy thick-shake only healthier. Flavours are very good though Chocolate and Honeycomb are best.

Effective, tasty, but clumps

This pre-workout no longer gives me the tingles, but is highly effective. I've tried two flavours: mango nectar, which is actually more like sour mango but ok if you just chug the whole thing down in a flash. Recently tried the red grape, which actually tastes pretty good. The flavouring is definitely artificial grape but reminds you of grape candy from childhood or even grape fanta. Only thing to be aware of is this product is very susceptible to humidity and will clump up and discolour very easily. I've got 4 packets of silica gels in the container and it's just managing to keep the product fresh.

Phyto Fire Protein

Prana On Phyto Fire is a fantastic high quality plant based complete protein powder with a light texture that mixes easily into a large variety of different food and liquid types , the dark chocolate is divine on flaked quinoa with blueberries and the ice coffee is perfect with banana and rice milk . I have found it to be gentle on sensitive stomachs and a wonderful addition to any nutrition plan with its high quality ingredients. It is also very handy for busy athletes who are on the go . Not for the faint of heart. A full scoop will have your blood rushing, skin tingling, focus uninterrupted. Start slow and build from there. Nothing but pure ingredients without the fillers; on par with the top "branded" pre-workouts (I have sampled many) in terms of performance, but at a fraction of the price. Tastes great too.
