I have been taking these for years and they are great. They help with energy and hair, nails, and skin. However, now all formulas use gelatin, which is extremely disappointing. Morally, it is inexcusable. If you can make a great product without animal parts, you should. I and many others use vitamins to help supplement a vegan lifestyle, and I can no longer buy these vitamins.

This vitamin has a very complete formula of vitamins, minerals, etc. It is made with food-based blends such as orchard fruits and garden veggies, daily greens, cardio, digestive enzyme, omega 3/6/9 fatty acid, and citrus bioflavonoid. IT addresses eye health, bone health, heart health, immune health, skin health and energy metabolism. It has no gluten or artificial colors. To use this complete formula, you have to take 3 tablets daily. I spread it out over the day with my 3 meals. I believe it is a very high quality formula. It is for adults only, but not if you are pregnant or nursing or are taking coumadin. The tablets are not small but easy to take with food. This formula has ultra potent b vitamins. You can get a bottle of 180 tablets or a smaller one.

Best multivitamin on the market in my opinion and this is why: I have tried many multivitamins out there and I am convinced Natures Way has nailed it in terms of providing the highest quality product for the common blue collar worker like me via Alive Max3 Daily. I urge you to do your homework as I did prior to trying this vitamin supplement. I've been taking said product for almost 30 days now and I have not felt so invigorated and full of energy in a long time. Noticed and incredible difference right from the start. I have been taking one tablet with each meal and I feel fantastic both physically and mentally. I have also been able to recall information a lot better as I feel it has added a significant amount of clarity in regards to recalling/remembering and ... MoreBest multivitamin on the market in my opinion and this is why: I have tried many multivitamins out there and I am convinced Natures Way has nailed it in terms of providing the highest quality product for the common blue collar worker like me via Alive Max3 Daily. As an often busy, always occupied, preocupied and never boring executive I attend meetings and work pretty much 14 to 15 hrs per day. Honestly I cannot say it does not take a huge toll on me. Oftentimes I finish my day so tired the only thing I can do is sleep. The nutritional requirements of such a high performance life are significant and I find this multivitamin supplement to be the best suited for the job of keeping up with my rythm. Love it.
I liked this product. I used it daily, and I would say it is effective, but I don't know for sure. I felt better, but I also started eating better and working out. The potency is high. I split the pill into two and took half per day. Otherwise, I was just excreting the excess vitamins out, and it was a waste. Taking half per day or half in the morning/night stopped this waste. The pills have a "natural" smell and taste, which might not be for you. It goes down fine with a glass of juice. I like all the ingredients, and I know the Alive! brand has good quality ingredients inside. Give it a try.
The vitamins seem to be working, for sure! I am dealing with hormonal disbalance issues, and lack of certain vitamins made it worse for my body, so I started taking these vitamins to supplement. I've chosen this brand, because it has a quite potent list of vitamins, with much higher doses than some other brands, and it provides other nutrients/supplements as well, and IT WORKS. It contains iodine, including one from kelp, too. So it somehow helps me stabilize my menstrual period without taking any additional hormonal medication. I've been struggling with overbleeding (having MP twice a month for over 2 years), which was causing all sorts of issues, like hypokalemia, low iron levels, etc., so I had to take some natural hormonal supplements (my doctor's ... MoreThe vitamins seem to be working, for sure! I've been struggling with overbleeding (having MP twice a month for over 2 years), which was causing all sorts of issues, like hypokalemia, low iron levels, etc., so I had to take some natural hormonal supplements (my doctor's recommendation), and it still didn't help much. Then I got off those hormonal supplements, since they didn't help me much, and started taking these vitamins, and to my big surprise, MP is normalizing slowly now. Since I've been taking these vitamins, my MP seems to be normal now for the last 3 months!!! And other hormonal issues, like heart palpitations, arrhythmia, weakness and such got much better. Pretty much THE LIFE SAVER for me, QUITE LITERALLY!!! The pills are quite big, you have to take 3 of them at a time daily, but I REALLY don't mind, because they work for me. I bought Man Live for my husband, which requires taking only one big pill a day, but he said it was too big, so he didn't care to take them after a while, so it might be an issue for some people. Other than that, no issues. Shipment was fast, as usual. IHerb happy customer!
