Glad Nature's Way uses Veggie caps for this product... but...although Mostly Plant sourced Vitamins and Minerals, this product contains SYNTHETIC B-12 (CYANAcobalamin). When Nature's Way switches to natural METHYLcobalamin for their B-12 in this and ALL of their products, I will consider Buying this product for myself, my Family and recommending it to my clients.

I got this product on a huge discount. It appears that it is discontinued by the manufacturer. That is a shame but I could understand why people don't want to take as many as 6 vitamins per day. Regardless, I took this opportunity to stock up handsomely.I like these vitamins because my body and mind immediately responded to them. I feel healthier, happier, and more clear in my mind. I will as a result seek out other vitamins like this by this company or another company. I know there is a MAX3 and the ingredients seem to be similar but not identical. I know Life Extension has an 8 vitamin daily but it carries a premium price.

I love this brand, Alive! I can always tell the difference in how I feel shortly after I take their multivitamins.However, after I bought this one, I was disappointed to find that one serving is actually SIX capsules. I should have checked this before buying. But in case others make the same mistake, this is only a 15-DAY supply, not a 90-DAY.Six is a lot of capsules, so I still take one a day, but I’m only getting a 1/6 of the nutrition amounts listed on the label. 🤷🏼♀️Probably won’t buy this one again.
