I purchased the M325 mouse this afternoon to use TONIGHT (from Office Depot, not close to my home). There was no USB in the package, and too late to consider going back to 'try to get another one that HAD A USB in it, hoping for the best! Their packaging NO LONGER allows you to SEE THAT A USB IS THERE. Attempts to contact phone support, ZERO support. Online support (using the website provided in the package), ZERO too! No way to contact them -- for a M325 mouse purchase complaint, or to have a replacement sent to me. A 'call center line' that never answers and/or 'no option' to select a product. Logitech used to be excellent. In 2022, I will NEVER, ever purchase another item from this company. This is not the first unpleasant experience with them. A total waste of ... Had to purchase another one close to me so I could finish my work. A GREAT WAY for Logitech to MAKE EASY MONEY!

Nothing will ever be made as good as it was 10 years ago, but happy to say this little gem lasted me until this day, 11 years later. To be honest, I wonder if it's an OS issue. It seems there is a bit of lag going on, tried replacing the batteries, but the same thing happened for a Mac OS and Lenovo with Windows 11. I'll probably hang onto the mouse and play with it a bit more. The mouse looks brand new, ended up getting one with the panda on it back then--it went with my first college laptop. For someone with "medium" sized hands, it was very comfortable, that increased decline or incline to your palm really helps ergonomically. And I 1000% agree, this is much better than using a track pad--even apple's fancy ones. It's so slow in comparison. Not sure which mouse I ... A very well made mouse at an incredible price. A mouse was on my kiddos school list and this is the one we chose. On sale for $14.99 and it’s a great mouse. Yes it doesn’t have Bluetooth and only has wifi connection via dongle, but it’s simple, small, and easy. For portable mice I would prefer the option of Bluetooth as well. Can’t expect the world for $14.99. Works on every surface tried so far, it is well built, it’s comfortable, batteries will last a long time. Can’t do wrong if portability and durability are important to you.
While it performs its function, I would not buy this one again because when gripping it I accidentally and often activate the mouse click unintentionally because the edge design wraps around and catches my palm and does commands I do not intend to do. It is related to the upper edge design at the sides. It extends too far to the hand causing inadvertent keying to do things unintended. Also I am wondering if it has a way of adjusting the sensitivity because it is moving faster on command than I prefer. No instructions for any adjusting.
My old mouse was about 20 years old, bought about 3 computers ago, so the new one seemed surprisingly smooth and quick in comparison. It is extremely responsive to both clicks and scrolling.I find the tiny computer ‘plug in’ a bit hard to insert and remove from the computer, and it’s annoying to have to open the mouse to store it, so I think the design of the older mouse was more user friendly. But that opinion may not be shared by others. In short, I like it very much. Very easy to use.
I went to a couple of stores looking for a mouse, Some of them I knew better than to even try. I purchased robe from another store. The instructions asked me to do several things to get connected to my computer. I’m thinking, it a mouse for crying out loud, what is all of this”? Guess what, it didn’t work. Ok, I’ll keep it real, maybe I didn’t know what I was doing but it was a mouse! I shouldn’t have had to do much of anything. So guess what I did next? I went to Office Depot and got a Logitech mouse, got it connected, I love it, and it’s what I should have done in the first place. I’m to old for all of the ridiculousness
This model (M325) is the replacement for one that I've used and worn out after 2 years. The daily and extensive use my mice get are unquestionably the reason they wear out at all. This was a slightly more expensive version of the mouse ($19.99) than the one I'd originally chosen, a Logitech larger model that was on clearance at Office Depot. Well, there's a reason we have choices, and the larger model I'd originally selected would work well for a larger person whose hands are 1.5 the size of mine. It is always good to have a mouse in the work I do as I have to move blocks of text around constantly. Highly recommend this particular model. This one is my 5th M325 and occasionally I change colors but I'm staying with M325 until they make something at Logitech to ... I replace this mouse every 3-4 months. I buy these in 3's. For my hand size and the way I use a mouse this is just the perfect mouse, interms of size weight, response of wheel etc etc.The problem is this, at about the 3-4 month point the mouse starts to double left click. Which is extremely annoying. I've tried cleaning it,taking it apart and oiling the switches etc. Nothing works, it's clear the switches are just worn out.The solution is simple, just replace the mouse and everything is great again. If you would just make this mouse, with switches that were about x10 times the strength of the current ones, I would gladly pay $100.00+for this mouse. And for the record I'm currently on the fifth one of these in about 2 years, I have a box of broken, left click ... The newer M325 mouse lacks the smooth operation of an older M325. The lightweight of the mouse and the smoothness of the feet keeps the M325 moving on a desktop effortless. The scroll wheel works not as smooth as the earlier models; and the scroll wheels east and west movement feels like it has too much of a detent, or resistance/tension. The programming works flawlessly in accordance with whatever ser settings are programmed on Logitech's Setpoint software. With all this, I'd still buy it again. It's the best mouse I've tried in the past 10 years. Logitech had the perfect mouse, however, because of substandard manufacturing or components, this latest iteration is fair at best, but don't expect the M325 you may bought years ago.
