This is good if you’re wanting a simple curl day! If you need more defined curls, I’d recommend using it alongside I create hold. I will say I’ve noticed my hair showing its curl a little bit more after each time I use it. Use this with their other products though- or other high quality shampoos/conditioners because your hair won’t hold the product if you use stuff that creates buildup on your hair. Nonetheless, after I switched to all innersense, I have noticed a huge difference in my hair! It doesn’t take much product to wash/style, and my hair lasts for 5 days without tangling. (Use a sleep bonnet!) Finally, if you want to learn more about your curl hair and how to use innersense to get the best out of it, Voss the Curl Boss on IG is a great resource!

I purchased this gel from Salon Chrysalis in Toronto. I loved the I Create Hold gel and was super excited to try the I Create Memory and was not pleased at all. Firstly, while applying the product I started to notice the my curls were starting to separate from the clumps so naturally I applied more to hold it and potentially avoid frizzing. Hello! I currently use: Hydrating Cream Hairbath, Pure Inspiration Daily Conditioner and I Create Curl Memory. I have fine, curly hair that frizzes and tangles. On Day 1 and 2 my hair looks great. I sleep with satin hair bonnet and hair in a "pineapple" at top of head. Unfortunately after day 1 or 2 the dryness and tangles are back! I cannot run my fingers thru my curls. Please recommend an anti-frizz touchup cream that will hold my curls and prevent dryness. (I currently use Ouidad Advanced Climate Control but its not strong enough to hold curls and the scent is too strong. It is color and keratin safe, free of sulfates, parabens, paraffin, phthalates, MIT.) Thank you for your time and advice!

Curls were a bit stiff and needed to be crunched out, but my curls stayed curly the next few days with less frizz. I went on the Innersense site and read reviews of this product and responses from the IS site managers, which I found very helpful. This product made my hair look good, but it felt horrible. It left it with a very hard crispy feel I don't mean a cask that you can scrounge out which I've done plenty of times. I mean hard hair that stays that way until I wash it out. I tried it a few times and each time I could not bear the feel of my hair so much so that I had to wash it out the next day. I can see why others like it because of the definition and shine it imparts, but it just did not work in my 3b/c hair (it left my son's 3c/4acpils with an unbreakable cast as well). I had to return it. Other Innnersense products leave my hair feeling just as good as it looks; I'm sticking to those.
I have used ouidad high humidty climate control for years..liked it fine enough. But my curls never held well hours later and felt INSANELY dry by day two...This gel last til the next day and even when i touch it up day 2 or 3 even, it doesnt feel brittle and dry at all.I listed hold as the pro and the con because while it's a positive to have a stronghold, it can also be a negative as it does lay down my curls a little bitWhen it is dry, I separate them and fluff my hair at the roots to make it less way downBut this is definitely the best hair gel. Ithink I've ever used. I even had an unopened bottle of the ouidad gel, and I returned it for store credit officially retiring using that gel for this one.
