Brough a 12 foot pool brand new got it home set it up starting filling with water went out later to water flowing out the seam hasn’t been sealed properly and no one has them in stock to be replaced. Safe to say kids were not happy they couldn’t use it as had to empty it to try fix it . (Not even the patch supplied is big enough) pool is on black interlocking mats

Amazing purchase, we had it for 4 years, put up and took down each year. People saying they couldn't because the lining sticks to the poles, we used a long knitting needle to unstick, it does work!We now have moved house and have a pool, so gifted it on to someone else, still going strong. Highly recommend
We love this pool, it's an awesome value for it's price point, and our whole family has gotten so much use out of it. It heats up amazingly if it gets full sun and stays warm past sundown. Keep onto your chlorine needs and buy a net to help keep it clean. I would give it 5 stars if the pump worked a bit better as we do find we're constantly fiddling with it to keep it going. I recommend opening the pump and cleaning out the filter with your hose at least every other day.
Recomend purchsing this pool. Bought pool 2018, best summer yet with grandparents, kids and grandchildren having fun times throughout our hot summer. Put the pool up under our big gazebo with sides, so sun burn was not an issue and put weed matting downwith out door carpet on top so no long grass, no mud, kept pool water relatively debri free. Purchased Floating Chlorine tablet dispenser to keep water clear sparkling and hygenic... removed dispenser from pool before swimming and replaced dispenser when everyone out of pool. Best money spent!!!

As yet I haven't opened it but this is the third one of these pools (previous pool was purchased at full price which I still think is great value) that I have owned. They are awesome for the backyard (we do have it in a fullyfenced pool area for safety) and for the family to enjoy. I actually don't bother with the filter that is provided as I don't find that it does much and it needs to be connected to power. I usually just add a small amount of chlorine granules daily (guess work). Last season I mananged to keep the pool water suitable for swimming without the need to change it for two months. Some seasons I have had to change the water once or twice if I forget to do the daily chlorine etc. The last pool got a split in the bottom seam after about 7 seasons of use (I clean and pack away at the end of each season). I recommend putting a ground sheet under the pool so that the bottom doesn't get so grubby when putting it on grass. The pool can be put up in about an hour or less but does take a while to fill with water.
We have had ours for a year now, still amazing. Easy to put up and down, easy to clean. Highly recommend buying a big tarp to put underneath the pool and don’t bother buying the 12ft cover, get the next size up! Don’t have to stretch/squeeze it over, leaves a over hang that is easy for one person to put on and off!
Had pool for 2 days. Got ground level and filled it up last night.In heat of day and a gust of wind the side came down and pool half emptied.So filled it again. Grandkids playing in it this morning and side came down again, granddaughter washed out rapidly like a tsunami and lucky to have avoided injury!So have filled again, not to capacity! Very unstable.
This pool was very good for over the summer. I recommend spraying a bit of silicon spray on the poles to avoid the plastic sticking to the poles. This also makes it super easy to take down. If you are buying the pool cover make sure to get a couple of sizes up as the 12ft side is way too small. We ended up not using any pool cover. For chlorine we added around 25- 30g of Chlorine granules when we thought it was running low. The filter was ok, it doesn’t do much and we only used it when we added the chlorine to circulate the water. While this pool is quite cheap and a bit flimsy it is good for cooling down over summer.
