Intex: Rectangular Frame Pool

Had the pool a matter of hours before I set it up and filled it up a couple of inches of water. I left it overnight and in the morning there was a massive amount of water all around the pool. I knew at this point, I should have sent it back, but I didn't want to disappoint my 4 children. I found a small hole in the very centre of the pool and repaired it as per instruction and left it to dry overnight. The following day I filled the pool again, maybe halfway up, and within a matter of hours there was water all around every edge of the pool! I cannot find a hole, so it leads me to believe that there must be a leak within the seams of the actual pool as the excess water is around the whole thing as well as underneath. I am severely disappointed in this purchase, especially for the price as I bought this pool assuming it would last us several years but it seems that it hasn't even lasted us several hours and my children haven't even had a chance to get in the pool yet!

I bought this as a holding tank for koi while I cleaned out their pond. I had it mostly together when I realized I was missing 1 corner pole. As the pond was partially drained I rigged a piece if pvc in place of the metal pole and it held for the 3 days I needed the pool. My grief began when I contacted company to have the missing piece replaced. After some run around with company’s agents I did a live chat and was told the model number was printed on outside of pool which had by this time been cleaned and repacked in its box. The model number isnt even printed in the manual ( what?). I can’t imagine this company did not have available the model number given I gave them the style and size if the pool. I have never been so disappointed in a company before. I bought this pool and we put it together and within 10 days we noticed a small tear on the bottom of the pool (absolutely nothing underneath it that could have poked a hole in it. But this wasn’t a hole, it was like the pool was weak in that spot and coming apart). We tried to patch it. After two weeks we noticed it was leaking water drastically again. The patch didn’t hold because the tear in the bottom is getting worse. It’s now longer than my hand and as wide as my pinky. After multiple calls to the company and 2 hour hold times, they find more information they need every time. Don’t call with just the model number, you need to have the manual with you. Then they tell me I was sold a European version and I live in the USA so I shouldn’t have gotten a European version and I need to check Amazon to make sure this is right. So I’m still no where with getting help. Especially after I was told they will not replace the liner of my brand new pool for free and I will have to buy it. I did everything right. I’m so incredibly frustrated with this company. At the time of typing this I have been on hold for 10 minutes just trying to file a ticket to speak to a supervisor. I thought Intex was a stand up brand but I was obviously wrong.
