I was using the Hills joint diet which was very successful. I have now been advised by the vet to use the liver diet fr Sammy. I hope this wil be just as good. I have every faith.

Have used this product for many years after it was recommended by my vet for my Chihuahua who has a liver problem. She is not only thriving on it but she absolutely loves it and barks for it whenever meal time comes around.

The vet had tried several expensive meds to control a high enzyme in my GSD's liver, but the enzyme kept rising. I changed he food to Hills L/D liver. the rise in the enzyme stabilised. No medication needed. Only complaint is my GSD has now put on weight and is always hungry. This food doesnt satisfy her but makes her gain weight. SO I now give 305 James Well Beloved and 70% Hill's. She isnt as hungry and not putting on so much wieght.

Recommended by the vet for my little dog who has a liver shunt and was having fits. This food has definitely helped and the fits have become much less frequent.
