I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

Iāve only recently started buying from Beauty Affairs and I have to say Iām really impressed, firstly by how quickly Aubrey (customer service rep) got back to me, but also how friendly she was/is. Itās nice to be spoken to in the same kind of language that Iād use if I was working in a store, or how Iād like to be spoken to if I was walking into a store - as opposed to the inauthentic āchat botā style or the very dry online customer service that I normally get elsewhere. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affairās fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! They ensured that the items were as secure as possible with some butchers paper (which is very common to use) and none of the products appeared to be damaged on the packaging, they also included a freebies, which is a nice thing that did make me want to write a review since they didn't have to do that. If I ever want to gift someone, I know some cosmetic products I will be going through Beauty Affairs.
I bought the plain GHD for myself and the Platinum for my daughter for her birthday.Curling her hair was so easy with the platinum and the shine of her hair afterwards was amazing!My hair looked and felt so healthy and shiny. I am glad I bought the heat protect spray with, as this makes the whole styling process look professional.
My hair consistently gets caught in the plates and snaps off. I had the Platinum+ Hair Straightener in Rose Pink before this recent purchase and it didn't pull my hair this much. Is this is a design flaw of the taupe set, or do I have a faulty straightener?
