Bought it twice and having the same issue like others have mentioned. The privacy bolt gets fiddly after few months and the door is locked.

10 of these locks are fitted to our brand new home and 10 of them no longer work. We thought it was one faulty lock but one by one they all stopped working. Builder came back out, adjusted them and they operated βOKβ for a short period and stopped working. Our main bedroom door now cannot close at all and all other locks just donβt work.

This is a waste of money if youβre after a door lever set which you can lock. The locking pin does absolutely nothing.

Bought all new door handles 6 months ago to replace existing door βknobsβ that weβve had for 10 years. These were easy to install, look great and easy to use instead of trying to turn a door knob. All still working well β¦ even with grand kids using them!
We bought a house that had these passage handles installed (approx 8 years since construction). Might be okay for while if new, donβt recommend on the basis that theyβre fiddly and often get jammed - referring to the non- privacy set and regular handles. Privacy pins operate poorly and weβve removed altogether after numerous bathroom lock-ins. The privacy release safety is very unreliable, once had to drill out the handle because because the safety release was also jammed. Obviously planning to remove and replace the whole lot in the near future
