Fantastic product. This is what the hospital used when my baby was in hospital. Easy to use. Wished it has dispenser to measures to administer to my baby. It does last long. The only thing over time it does ger yellow and need to throw out the left over.
Needed a therapeutic dose iron supplement for my 4 year old. This is the only product with the appropriate amount of iron needed for my anemic child. He absolutely hates it's. It's strawberry flavoured and has that real metalic/tinny smell about it. We tried mixing it with juice but he still hated it. He now takes it easy with a lolly snakes bribe. Product gave the desired outcome just had to work out how to get him to take it
My children are happy to drink this in OJ, and I'm glad to know they are getting a therapeutic dose of iron for deficiency, compared to other formulations.
Has helped to treat toddlers anemia under the guidance of a medical professional. Doesn’t appear to cause stomach cramps like other iron products.
My daughter will have this no worries - tastes good and has a lot of iron in it compared to other iron supplements.
This one corrects deficiency so use this one first. It is at a proper therapeutic level to bring you back to normal iron range. It tastes nice. Its fruity but in a syrupy style mixture. It is sticky. It does taste nice and you would get a kid to drink it easily. This is the one that will treat deficiency as it states on the label- use this first before switching to a version in a red box that is similar. It doesnt have anything in it that may make you produce a positive breath analysis if by chance you work in the mines or elsewhere where you have to do this daily. It also did not make me constipated. I am yet to have a follow up blood test to see how much actual correction this has done to my iron levels. i do feel better though.
my 3 year old takes this for iron deficiency. At the start he had no traceable iron in his blood, he started taking 5mls a day and within 4 months his iron levels are perfect. Taste is metallic but my son doesn't complain
