Evolv Defy Climbing Shoes Grey / Black

Evolvs best-selling shoe for even more crushing. Defy everything The Defy one of Evolvs best-selling climbing shoes and a great all-rounder. It has gone through several technical upgrades over time making it an even greater choice for beginners all the way to advanced climbers. An anatomical design provides great out-of-the-box fit and comfort. A synthetic upper will keep the shoe from overly stretching and a nice padded and breathable tongue adds a functional and comfortable surface for the two velcro tabs to wrap around. Evolv have also built in an anti-microbial mesh material known as Agion to eliminate odour and bacteria build-up. The Defy retains Evolvs VTR Variable Thickness Rand technology. VTR makes the toe rand in differing thicknesses. Basically, high-wear zones are thicker and more durable than other areas. This enhances the toe box structure and prevents toe bulge. It also means that there less waste during the manufacturing process so its better for the environmentThe Defy technical enough to smear along slabby terrain or grip an overhang, and comfortable enough for a day climbing indoors, or a multi-pitch epic. Overall, a great shoe that will stay comfortable from the first time you put them on but still let you climb hard.
