When our house was being built, I used masking tape to secure cardboard to our new floor for the tradies to walk on. When I removed the tape and needed to clean off the adhesive, I thought ok, meths should do it. No, that didn't do it. Neither did any type of spray and wipes or even Isopropyl Alcohol. Panicking, I shot off to Mitre10 who suggested that I try De-Solv-it.And that Solved it!! I am more than happy with the product. It's great for removing labels from bottles, jars, etc. and even more. I am now on my second bottle and would recommend the convenient spray bottle.

This has to be the strongest multi purpose cleaner I have used. It actually works unlike the usual spray and wipe fraternity.Only negative is that it is so expensive. We use this for the super stubborn and the good old effective and cheap vinegar and baking soda for everything else.

De-Solv-it works great but the spray nozzle just leaks all over our hands which is a bit annoying.I swapped it with a general spray bottle and that works great so pretty easy fix. Maybe an error in production from the batch?

Was told it was great on carpet but it's not! Might be good for other surfaces but the stains don't seem to come out with my carpet.
I had PlastiDip on the of the car i brought. It wasnt done properly so it was very thin and hard to remove. I tried all sorts of stuff but Desolvit just tears it apart like nothing. Crazy good.
