The white chocolate is balanced, fresh, and has a silky texture. There is a good amount of sweetness without being overpowering. There are also some nice milk undertones to round out the overall taste. Callebaut is my go-to brand for most chocolate applications.

This chocolate was very easy to use. This was my first attempt at a drip cake. It was for an 85 year old male who likes liquorice all sorts. A Bertie Bassett cake seemed perfect. The chocolate melted easily when mixed with the hot double cream and ran nicely. Its a top quality product with a good flavour. Will definitely stick with this make of chocolate for future cakes.

Callebaut is my go to chocolate. This white is no exception. It has a smooth creamy texture , tempers relatively easy(as easy as tempering can be lol) coats nicely with a medium fluidity. Exceptional taste

Perfection. My first time trying this chocolate and it’s delicious! Can’t wait to use this for chocolate covered strawberries. Arrived very quickly and not melted at all, which was a huge relief as I did not order a cold pack with it.
I bought a 2 lb bag. I haven’t made my chocolates yet, BUT, I did taste it and it was delish!!! Texture seemed nice as well! I paid the extra $7 free for warm weather shipping. The ice pack was warm when I received it, but the chocolate was still in tact, not melted 😆
Since Callebaut is the best that money can buy, I had high expectations when it came to flavor. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met. The flavor was lackluster and got lost when used in baked goods. The white chocolate also had an unpleasant aftertaste, almost like wax. So, my search for a good white chocolate continues.
These are amazing I haven't done what I bought them for as yet but I did use them to decorate since Christmas cookies. They melt really well but don't keep heating them the butter just melts off after a while and your left with mostly milk solids(turns into a really thick gooey texture) which taste amazing and its fun to eat. The overall quality of the chocolate it to tier and the service from the company I couldn't ask for better.P.S if you do intend to ship transatlantic the chocolate stays in really good condition it doesn't lose the callet shape
This chocolate is wonderful for melting. I use it often when making chocolate bark. The company gets an A+ for customer service. When their shipment of the size packaging I ordered was delayed they reached out and offered an immediate alternate at no extra cost.

I called to see if this was even possible. I spoke with WWC customer service who was able to verify I could receive the order by the due date without extra fees. She asked that I place the order by 3 pm which I did. I called to let her know the order had been placed and spoke to another person who thanked me for letting him know and said he would walk the order through. WWC is located in New Hampshire and my company is in Ohio. They did what they promised and USPS did their job, too! We had the order on Tuesday.
