Easy to use. Right consistency for moulded chocolates. Tastes brilliant.
Great product melts easy and tastes lovely and leaves a nice shine on moulded items, i try to use callebaut every time i need chocolate as others dont give same results in my opinion,you do have to be carefull which one you use as different types for different recipes eg the tiny drops dont melt used for putting into batter etc,the sticks for rolling in dough but all round good products

Amazing chocolate, really tasty and good quality, just a bit expensive for what it is.
I sometimes find various chocolate can be ok,but not worth the money,I have tried other chocolate,but no where near as good Callebaut,
