How important is vitamin D?? Is it really a vitamin that ourbodies can manufacture on it's own when we're exposedto sunlight?? Is it really a hormone or a vitamin??Either way ... I believe this product WORKS!!My sleep quality is improved when I consume this daily ...Hopefully, my bones and other cells needing D3 and K2are also being optimized with this supplement.

I am 32 years old with vitamin D deficiency and severe endometriosis. During the medication, my doctor suggested me to take 10.000 IU of vitamin D and 180 mcg of vitamin K2 on daily basis. After nearly 6 months, my vitamin D level was 71 (from 15, I know it's very poor) and I started to feel amazing. It helps my joint, and amazingly it helps my endometriosis shrank significantly. Also, I was tested negative from COVID-19 when I had very close contact with my colleagues that tested positive. Thank youuuu, Zhou!

These capsules combine both vitamins D and K and as such are a perfect combination to support my bones as I age. I’ve been taking them now for a few years. The quality is very good and each time I order they are delivered promptly. Always well packaged and in excellent condition, and quite economical when I purchase in bulk. Another immunity booster that I’ve benefited fromfor years. It was suggested to me that I use these twoVitamins together for better calcium absorption and metabolism . Can’t fault this good quality brand. I’d definitely recommend this to others
Zhou Nutrition is one of my very best brands as they specialize in only limited number of supplements and combinations. Their quality is always dependable. I have use their other products as well and have been impressed with quality consistency!I wish they would add more ingredients in this combination to make vitamin D3 more bio-available and useful such as magnesium, boron and zinc!
I got this after reading some reviews on this little known vitamin. It seems hard to believe but I swear my teeth are getting nicer, my gums are definitely more healthy. Not sure if it's due to this particular supplement but others have noted this effect. I've been taking it a few months and have just started noticing the changes in my teeth.I have had effects from osteoarthritis for about a decade now which greatly curtailed my activity. I've made dietary changes and added some supplements which seem to be working. After many unsuccessful attempts I am finally able to hike and go to the gym.I'm over 60 now and my biggest concern is aging poorly like my parents did. I thought I was losing that fight but I seem to be on the mend. I guess this stuff really works.
Vitamin D3 & K2 that really works! I live in WI where we don't have a lot of sunlight in the winter. When I got my Vitamin D levels checked in the Fall, they were within optimal range after being outside consistently in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Those levels continue to stay in that range through the winter. I believe this product helps support my body in the dark, winter months where it needs the help most.
