At cooking time, the film came away from the tray easily and in one clean piece. It was oh-so-simple to pop them on an oven tray with some oven chips and slide the whole thing into the oven for a measly 20 minutes. In this short amount of time I was able to organise rolls, condiments and salads for building our burgers. After the recommended 20 minutes cooking time, golden deliciousness emerged from the oven. Burgers to suit everyone's tastes were quickly assembled and devoured almost as quickly! They made very generously sized burgers (hubby was extremely happy) but slightly smaller rolls would also suit this product. Hubby and Miss 11 were enthusiastic in their enjoyment of this product. Hubby enjoyed the thicker nature of these burgers (when compared with our regular schnitzels), while Miss 11 loved the crunchy coating and felt that these were juicier than our usual purchase. I had to agree and felt that these were a definite improvement over the schnitzels. The panko crumbs, in particular, brought a texture to our burgers that had been previously lacking. Mr 4 actually enjoyed his burger patty as a mini parmigiana (topped with some passata and melted cheese). His empty plate was high praise indeed! Australian made with 97% Australian ingredients. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. All recyclable packaging. These have been a repeat purchase already and will continue to be... because everyone needs an easy dinner night every now and then!

Chicken burgers. I liked these burgers but they’d be an occasional or emergency freezer meal rather than a regular purchase. When you have them in a roll with salad etc as a chicken burger (as they are sold) it “hides” the processed taste. Hubby didn’t like the taste at all and couldn’t ignore how processed it was. I was disappointed that it was made with less then 50% chicken breast and had such a huge list of ingredients. I guess it explains why it was cheap. I’d prefer a 100% chicken breast crumbed anytime. Overall it was ok and makes a cheap and easy meal. Thank you for the sample.

The description "Juicy Australian chicken breast meat in a crunchy focaccia & panko breadcrumb coating" sounded great. I mean you can't really go wrong with chicken breast, right? Sadly, the answer is wrong for me. I was impressed with the way the burgers looked, they had a decent weight to them. They crisped up really nicely in the oven in just 20 minutes. However, I was disappointed to find that the chicken breast meat mentioned in the description was processed so much that the burgers were just giant chicken nuggets... which is fine if that was what you were after. While the Woolworths Crumbed Chicken Burgers aren't for me or my family, I do see the appeal for families who love chicken nuggets. The Woolworths Crumbed Chicken Burgers are giant sized chicken nuggets that fit perfectly into a burger bun. If that's your sort of thing, you'll love them!

IMPRESSIONS AFTER SAMPLINGRather than oven-baking as directed on the pack, I pan-fried this, adding no oil but using a cover over the pan. The breading still turned out crispy and the chicken juicy and tender. Unfortunately, I didn't find the patties particularly flavourful, and did end up having to add condiments. My 6 year old daughter was intimidated by the larger size of the patties and wouldn't try them. Even if she had, I know it would have been more food than she can eat at one sitting, and that's before adding a bun and salad to turn it into a 'real' burger. FINAL THOUGHTSI was very impressed with the ease of preparation and the texture of the end product. I also absolutely loved that none of the packaging needs to end up in landfill. However, at $6 for just 4 patties, this will not be going on my routine shopping list.

Proceed chicken patty. The paddy was a processed meat very much like a chicken nugget. Instead of making a burger I used the Pattie’s in a salad which the chicken sliced and tossed into the mix. I tried cooking 2 in the oven and 2 in the frying pan and found that I could get a better texture in the frying pad which gave a crisp coating quicker. This is not something I would normally buy as I prefer fresh unprocessed foods but in saying that it was quick and easy. the cost was $7. 00 for 4 which I though they were pretty expensive compared to the cost of chicken or beef meatball. They would be high in calories for a small serving my husband would eat all 4 andstill be hungry

I finally got around to using this sample last night for two of my kids after swimming training (it's getting to Christmas and the meals are getting a little 'sketchy' in my house!). The burgers were quick and easy to cook, 20 mins in my mini oven, and I served them in rolls with cheese and whatever sauce the kids desired (mustard and chilli aioli seemed to be the winners). The kids were happy with the taste and impressed with the size of the burgers - they're a little bigger than some of the other options available out there. I was happy with the 4 star health rating - pretty good for what I think of as a 'scrappy meal'. They weren't too bad in taste but I prefer to crumb my own stuff as I know what I'm getting. I found the crumb was a little too thick for the amount of meat patty. It didn't seem to have the same processed vibe with it but it could or should have been thicker. I cooked them in the oven as recommended and they were lovely and crunchy but it overpowered the meat. I ended up peeling the crumb off and just at the chicken. We had them with salad. They may have been better in a burger, I might do that for the remaining two, we'll see. $7 for 4 burgers is a pretty good price but again, would have preferred more chicken meat. Found them moist and juicy, the coating was flavoursome, crispy and not oily at all. I felt they weren't overly processed and great to eat as is or in a bread roll. They cooked well within the time specified and you can tell the difference with the focaccia and panko breadcrumbs because the flavour is taken to the next level.
