I’m impressed with this brown sugar. I added it to me glass jar where I store my brown sugar and after 3 weeks it’s still soft, it hasn’t hardened like most other brands. I will be adding this to my bulk purchases moving forward

My first choice for hot cereal is brown sugar and I love this selection from Wholesome foods. A competitive bargain for a name brand organic sugar that supplies iron rich molasses. Perfect for cookies too. I love a good caramel sauce for ice cream sundaes and this light brown sugar is the key ingredient just for that.
3 stars as prices are not consistent and ridiculously skyrocketed at one point! Great for chewy chocolate chip cookies. Offer that subtle molasses taste. Has to be stored properly so it doesn’t turn into a rock!
I really loved the wholesome brown sugar for all of my favorite recipes. I've used it both in baking (the muffins are just marvelous with it, also creates a perfect crust in the oven) and for savory dishes. The package is really convenient, locked perfectly, and keeps the sugar from fast drying.Definitely recommend!
My husband and I eat organic as much as possible and for some reason finding organic brown sugar for baking has always been - challenge. I’m assuming it’s because we reside in the Canadian North. This organic light brown sugar is everything I hoped it would it would be and maybe even more. It has better texture for baking then your typical brown sugar. I made oatmeal brown sugar cookies with this and my husband and I both found them delectable. This is a new pantry staple in our home!
