I love the idea of this. As it’s hard to find GF DF VG pastry, but I’ve yet to perfect making it into proper pastry lolIt tastes nice when cooked, but yet to perfect the rolling out into a good shape so my filling stays in!I think it would be perfect for the pie dish or pie make.
