I purchased a pizza stone for my new Genesis grill. The part # is 7671. Being a rookie on pizza making, the pie stuck to the peel and spilled on the hot stone. What a mess it made. After cooling down the stone, I tried to clean it using instructions for heavy cleaning in the enclosed manual. Baking soda paste, nylon scrubber, letting it dry on stone, vinegar, and more scrubbing did not clean the stone. What a disappointment. I am not happy with my stone and am afraid to try it a second time for fear of having another horrible experience. Please contact me and let me know how I can get my money back.

Received the pizza stone for Fathers Day! Pizza is a tradition for us and we love trying different places and home making experiences. It was fun to set up and cook with and the pizza tasted great. Waited until the next day to clean so that it was completely cooled off. Unfortunately it did not come clean using papertowl and warm dishsoap water. If there are any tips out there on cleaning that would be appreciated. It looks all stained and charred. Would recommend as long as you are comfortable with it not looking clean.

I absolutely love this Glazed Baking Stone from Weber. It fits my Weber Genesis E-335 Gas Grill perfectly. I was impressed by how easy it is to install. I love that all the Weber Crafter Accessories are interchangeable, it makes it so quick and simple to switch out accessories. I have baked frozen pizza, homemade pizza and cookies on this baking stone and they all came out perfect! The pizza crust comes out deliciously crispy in a way that I can't achieve in the oven. Its been so much fun baking different foods on this stone and I cannot wait to try out more!

The Weber Crafted ​Glazed Baking Stone is perfect for my new Weber Grill! It fit perfectly and was super easy to use!! I actually made homemade cookies on this and they were delicious. I really love that Weber accessories are so easy to switch out. Next up is grilled pizza. A bonus was the glazing makes this super easy to clean. Can't wait to use it more!​
What a game-changer, I love cooking pizza in my oven on our pizza stone but this one fits perfectly in the grill and works so much better. It gives the pizza a better taste and it cooks really fast. The ability to cook on a stone that’s up to temp is so important, and this inside the grill was perfect. I would highly recommend for anyone thinking about doing some grilled pizza !My wife also had a blast using it trying to bake some of her fav items on it. It took a little to learn because its a tad different than in the oven but she caught on quick and was able to make some great food!This baking stone proved to be incredibly useful for both myself and my wife. It's a WIN-WIN and a must-have!
We made a pizza tonight on this baking stone and it was crispy and delicious and fresh. We don't think we can go back to oven pizza anymore. The stone heats up fast and I think if you make your own dough, it is good to preheat the stone. But if you use store bought crust, it will be better not to preheat the stone, or just preheat until the stone is warm to your touch, otherwise, it may cook the crust bottom too fast.The pizza we cooked on the stone was awesome. Usually, we always had two pieces leftover when cooked in the oven. But not tonight: we ate it all.We will try to make cookies when weather warms up.
My girlfriend and I have been cooking homemade pizza for years and have always baked them in our oven. We take this tradition very seriously and work hard to ensure high quality output. We thought we were making very good pizza's until we moved from the oven to using this stone. The quality and taste of the pizza, along with other foods we have experimented on, always end up tasting above and beyond the same foods cooked in other ways. Highly recommend!

In practice, though, I don't know if I'll personally get as much use out of it as others will. Second, while some of the other items you can place on the wire frame kit are visually appealing, this baking stone is pretty average from a visual standpoint. It does, however, fit flush on the wire frame kit, as intended.I baked a home-made pizza on this, and the other downside I would say is that you have to be careful with how wide you make your pizza since it probably only holds the size of a pizza that's in between the standard size for a medium and a large. I havevused my glazed baking stone a few times and it works great. It does take some getting practice to figure out how long to cook and if you should be using direct or indirect heat. The first pizza was a thicker crust than thin it came out good but not perfect. It probably would have been better with indirect heat. But back to the stone. Nothing has stuck to it. It does what it is supposed to in a great way. I highly recommend this if you think you might like grilled pizza

The top is smooth and has a nice sheen to it.It fits perfectly with my Weber Genesis grill…you only need to remove the grates on the right side and lower the baking stone in its place. There are two notches to help you pick it up and place it down, which is very handy and appreciated.After preheating the grill and getting the stone hot, you are ready to cook. The manual is particularly handy, and it gave me the idea that you can cook cookies on it (something I’d never considered) but works great. Pizza was my obvious choice for cooking, and the Stone certainly shines in that capacity.Clean up is a breeze, as the stone is so smooth, but you aren’t to submerse it in water or put it in the dishwasher. I wipe it with a damp cloth or paper towel, dry it off, and place it back in the foam case it came in.The stone will last a long time, provided it isn’t dropped, so I’m extra careful when carrying it. I really am excited for all the possibilities it offers, and it gets me closer to being able to create any food I want outside, on the grill.Obviously I’m a big fan, and recommend! I look forward to picking up more accessories from Weber for my Genesis!
