Excellent multi-purpose food prep knife. I have several in the kitchen, they get daily use. I’ve bought them as gifts for family members because they are so handy. I have both the serated edge and straight edge types.

Great little size, glides through food, makes food prep a breeze.Lovely comfortable handle grip, all the little knives are extremely little weight, the blades are thin, but tough.Highly recommend, excellent little knives versatile for a variety of cutting tasks!I have small hands with arthritis creeping in, so these are just so perfect for me.No more squishy tomatoes!1st knife on the left is the paring wavy edge knife 10cm2nd knife is the vegetable knife 10cm& the 3rd knife is the paring knife 8cm, this one hasn't the logo on its blade, like the other two.High quality you expect from Victorianox.

Does the job well for paring and cutting small things. Has stayed sharp in the year ish we've had it and well priced for this. We use it very regularly in the kitchen. The only thing is it doesn't look or feel as nice because of the plastic handle, but obviously this is reflected in the price.

I am a knife guy as well a home chef 55 yrs. I must say for the pice this is one of my best go to knives and I have a hundred or more. So the Sergeant Major says.. buy. Good Day. SGM bum. (ret) Oh, stays sharp through parring, cutting, slicing, peeling(potatoes, orange, apple, lemon, key-we, meat (fat) ) and opening mail and packages. I cut my flowers in the garden and other outdoorsy stuff. Now Im finished, out.

Fantastic quality

I bought two in different sizes and both get used daily. Good quality brand I have been using for years, I never use any other knife for peeling, cutting etc. highly recommend

Great little knife

This little knife is unbeatable quality for the price: it holds its sharpness, is easy in the hand, has a very sharp point and blade. It is thin and draws effortlessly through carrots and potatoes, whereas thicker knives split them unevenly. I've just used it for finely cutting oranges for marmalade. Order online and it's in different colours.

Look No Further!

I was not looking forward to replacing my old paring knife with an inferior product. My research paid off. I cannot find one negative aspect of this unassuming little knife. Perfection is probably the best description for this well-designed paring knife.

This is my second purchase of this knife. I love it. Saves lot of time in cutting n chopping veggies. I highly recommend it.

Number 1

Indispensable and always to hand, this is the first knife I grab in my kitchen. Super sharp and can cut anything. With a textured handle it is safe to hold and the light weight is ideal for those with weak or arthritic hands. An all-rounder. So handy, you may need more than one (my husband is not above making off with mine when tackling D-i-Y /gardening tasks).

Excellent little knife. Had one for decades but broke it ( should have got toolbox out!) Disaster! Then saw the exact same on Kitchen Knives and so bought it. Delighted it's still being made.
