Vicks Sweet Dreams Humidifer

The tank was super easy to fill up, simply pulling up on the tank and flipping over. Just had to hold the small tank under the faucet and fill it up, tighten the lock and flip back over...NO LEAKS!! It snapped back into the base easily. The first night it developed quite a bit condensation, a sign you've reached 60% humidity. We had to turn it way down. This humidifier works that great! It's super quiet so that’s a plus! I was also provided with a Vick's VapoPad, the humidifier will hold two (plus you get a few coupons for the next time you need them!) Once filled you can run it for about 2 and a half nights without filing it, when its empty it will turn off on it own. It is also very quiet. I like the night light aspect of it as well, my daughter likes to choose the theme. There are three themes, ocean, stars and safari. In addition to the theme the picture changes every few minutes. I just wish there were a timer on the night light, then again what night light has a timer ! It is not obnoxiously bright either. There is a little slot you slide the pad right into.Cleaning and care is easy and inexpensive. All in all its a great value and worth it.

I've purchased to lower end Vicks humidifier several times for myself in the past - it was cheap and lasted a season. However, when my 20 month son got sick this winter, this was the only cool mist humidifier left in the whole store so we decided to give it a try. Wow, is it powerful! We put it in his room with the door open and I swear it worked for the entire second floor. Furthermore, the Vicks pads are STRONG. We only used one (it can hold two) and the entire second floor was mentholated. Unlike the cheaper version, this is very well made and I expect that we will get quite a bit of use out of it. It also is much easier to clean and refill than the less expensive one and I would say well worth the investment, especially if you're using it for a young child.

I love this humidifier to the fullest extent it completely has out done all other humidifiers. My son and I were sick recently and I received this humidifier and I was just getting over the flu then ended up with a cold along with my son , I put this humidifier on and kept in on for about 6 hours as my son fell asleep to the safari images on the ceiling and we fell asleep to a refreshing mist in the air , After 6 Hours this humidifier we woke up to clear nasal passages and we haven't needed it since. This is a high quality and I would highly recommend it. I love this humidifier and I won't ever go to another humidifier again. This is not only easy to use , lasts a long time , contains projections but truly works within hours. Absolutely outstanding!!

I am so very pleased with my vicks projecting humidifier.It’s much larger than I expected and the whole design is lovely, looks fantastic in any room of my house.It’s very easy to fill and came with a little fish to help prevent limescale and keep the water clean for longer.Huge water tank which lasts for such a long time, It does take a while for the vicks compartment to heat up and the smell to build, but after about an hour or so my whole house smells amazing and helps everyone to breathe properly.The projector is such an added bonus, all 3 of my young children love watching it.The only downside is that the little compartment for the vicks pads does not shut flush, however does not effect it in anyway!I can not recommend this highly enough.

Good results

My daughter is coughing from more than one month and I heard her coughing every night but once I received and put this thing in her room I did not hear her coughing from first night since I put it there. She also loves to go to sleep earlier since I put it in her room and she enjoys pictures on the sealing so much, she says she loves to look at those pictures as it helps to fall asleep much quicker.This humidifier is quite big and takes some space, also you need to put it on the floor to get maximum bigger picture on the sealing. If you put it on the table picture will be much smaller and not so interesting. I do recommend to try for those who suffer from cold very often as it can really help to improve the health.

Great features

I’ve been using this in my children’s room just over a week. One suffers with chest problems and the other blocked nose every night . Since using this product from the first night it has stopped my sons blocked nose & my other sons dry cough he constantly has. It’s so simple to use and the light projection for the celling is a fab idea for the kids . The boys choose a different picture each night before they settle for bed . Although it’s plugged in it’s not noisy at all only the occasional drip you hear. I defiantly recommend this product , something so worth having for children who suffer colds , breathing problems often

Great features ! Works wonderful

Ive had this for 3 weeks now and I could not have purchased at a better time ! Our 10 month old had gotten a cold ! This really helped clear his nose and help him breathe . The projector is lovely our son really enjoyed watching it on the ceiling - excellent feature that there is different styles to keep them entertained . Also does not wet the floor like others I have previously purchased. Bonus it lasted 24 hours as stated while on the medium flow! Would highly recommended !

Great for a kid's bedroom

I decided to go with a cool mist humidifier over a warm mist one as I figured, in the colder months, we have the heating on in the house anyway. I'm glad I did, as with this cool mist version, you don't get that humid, 'sticky' feeling when using it.The vapour pads have a pleasant scent that fill the room (medium-sized kid's bedroom) and seem to help with congestion when you/the kid's have a cold and blocked nose.t's not too noisy when operating and the projection feature is a nice touch, depending on how distracted your kid's can get!Only thing I'd like to see are vapour pads with more natural ingredients, less toxic to breathe over time.

Great for colds and snot!

My little boy occasionally suffers from cold and blocked/runny noses which makes it tough for both mummy and toddler especially during the night. This humidifier solved all our problems! The mist is slowly released and the projection makes it child friendlier plus enjoyable too. The cold mist adds to extra security with little ones. The water tank is huge and lasts a good 8 hours which is great. The only downside is that the refills are very expensive and the product is very difficult to clean. It does leave greenish particles if left uncleaned for a day hence it needs daily monitoring. This product is great for occasional use and not user-friendly for everyday use due to hard word required in cleaning it.
