First one was No Good after the fighting with these people I will never buy again. They sent me a second one was just as bad as the first one. I still have a machine that doesn’t work I had enough.

Finally got around to using my sealer. Plugged it in and started to use it, nope none of the buttons on the front work. Well that’s not totally true… I punch the vacuum time and it beeps 2-4 times and the display goes haywire. Now I’m waiting on someone from customer service to get back to me. Hopefully I don’t get the run around and get this resolved quickly… we shall see!!

This machine works well, it does have an oil less pump so no need to worry about adding oil and or oil changes.Downside of an oil less pump as they tend to be a bit noisier.I have not figured out the function of the linkage rod as it just seems to be in the way.
