Versace Pour Homme Oud Noir Eau De Parfum Spray 100ml

For I discontinued fragrances I can still get this for under $100 when I’m writing this. I think this is a great westernized oud. The performance is very iffy and will not last that long. I absolutely love it though and would recommend anyone to pick it up because of how great it is. I’d say that the dry down is linear and there’s no abrupt changes in the scent as it develops. i’ve heard people say that you smell like an Arabian pimp when you wear this, but I don’t believe that. It’s extremely masculine and very enjoyable

Many consider this fragrance as a close cousin of Tom Ford Oud Wood, and for all intents and purposes it is. Very pleasant and easy to wear. This does not have the animalic/barnyard/fecal oud that many associate with Eastern oud fragrances. This is a spicy and creamy type of oud with a resinous backbone that is rounded out with a nice citrus note. I believe this has been discontinued, but there is still plenty of stock available at discounters. Very nice fragrance for the cooler months. Ideally suited for evening wear, but I will also wear it in casual daytime situations.

Versace Oud Noir is a wonderful introduction to the world of Oud. Oud can be intimidating for those not used to it or that have never smelled it. This fragrance is perfect for a first Oud fragrance. Spicey, woody and has a very nice bitter orange in the open. The Oud never goes funky or animalic at all in this fragrance. It provides a nice creamy wood undertone that just gets better as the fragrance sits. The longevity is a little lacking but, it’s not terrible at all. Great winter fragrance.

It feels spicy and sparkly, like when you uncork a soda-flavored grape or berry drink. Pepper feels really good, very good indeed. Much saffron and beautiful tobacco, it feels very nice, superb! Recommended in cold weather. It does not have a beast proyection, but a nice fixation and longevity. A PERFUME CREATED FOR ROMANTICISM.

I can't believe it's so affordable for what you get. It’s warm, spicy, dark, dry, seductive, and a bit sweet. It’s never too sweet. It just has the right balance. The performance is great, the scent is great, the bottle is great... Definitely, a must-try, even if you think you don't like oud! This is one of the best creations by Versace, and could easily be in an exclusive line. You can wear it year-round, but it's perfect for fall or winter. Worth looking into if you love oriental and woody fragrances.

The oud and saffron kicks in pretty much right after the opening, followed by cardamom, patchouli and the leatherwood. Performance is pretty decent! I blind bought this because everyone said it smelled like Tom fords Oud wood. Sort of. It does remind you of it but it's different. At first I thought the opening were the same but I can pick them apart and even more as it dries down. For more than half the price as Oud wood it's well worth it and that's coming from someone that's bought the 400$ bottle by Tom ford and now this. It does remind me so much of my father. Something I see an older person wearing but I'm only 24 and it's appealing to me at least and that's what really matters.

Love this oud

I have many oud fragrances and this one is my favorite. The perfect blend of notes creates a rich scent with fragrant oud enveloping your senses. The drydown is so nice. Not overpowering like many other oud scents that choke or make your eyes water. Best for cool weather. I always have a back up bottle. If you’re new to oud, try this one first and if you don’t like it, I’ll buy it!

Masculinity at its best

Mind you; this is a very strong masculine perfume. If you want it to be floral or sweet, this is not for you. I took a risk and bought the whole 100ml for my husband on his birthday, and he loves it. A little goes a long way. 2 sprays on his chest, and it stays at least 10 hours strong, no joke! He goes off to work in the morning and when he's home in the evening at 7pm, I still smell it on him. Oud gives off a sexy woodsy scent. Recommended for matured men, not a teenage scent.
