There's a reason they've been made for 30 + years. Whether used for skating or just for everyday wear, this has been on of my favorite shoes for almost half my life at this point. They look great, are decently priced, and once broken in, you can't do much better as far as skate shoes go. If arch support is a major concern, I'd definitely look elsewhere and if used for their intended purpose (i.e. skateboarding), I've made pretty short work of them, but generally without constant abuse, they can take a pretty decent beating. Basically, the shoe's grippy, has a slim profile and a well wearing sole, and a design that has stood the test of time. I've had this style of shoe before and they've always been comfortable hence buying them again.The first time I wore them, the rubbed the back of my ankle so much that it broke skin and made me bleed (had to buy another pair of socks on the way to work!)I'm pretty gutted as I haven't been able to wear them again yet but I'm hoping that it doesn't happen again once I'm healed.Another annoying thing is that when I got a delivered notification from Evri, they just left it at my door to potentially be stolen. Had to contact my neighbour to grab it for me, very annoyed.

I bought these as a christmas present thinking they’d arrive just like the pictures. Nope. The gum sole was a lot darker than the pictured. I was expecting a lighter oak colour, they came in a muddy walnut colour.
Very very happy with these, a true timeless classic for sneakerheads but also anyone in general. Great fit, super comfortable and a breeze to wear in. Tried a few sizes -- settled on half a size under my usual sneaker size (i.e. I'm usually a UK 5/EUR 37.5, but I opted for the UK 4.5/EUR 37 in these) so if you have narrow feet like me, they might run just a teeeeny bit large. V happy and satisfied though, comfy and cool and definitely my new favourites.
This is my second pair of these particular vans (have 3 other pairs…). They’re a great shoe and go with everything. Can be dressed up (as much as a trainer can) and down. They’re a very flat shoe so if you’re looking for more arch support they’re not suitable. I’ve included a picture and they’re 100% worth the money. Wore my old ones until they were falling apart!
I bought 2 pairs of these thinking they were the Old School Pro’s with upgraded insoles. These are the basic Old Schools. Honestly didn’t think they came in this color which led me to believe they were counterfeit. Not to mention the price magically dropped 15% after I ordered them. Automated messenger said no money back and price was final. Shoes were shipped back waiting on refund.
Obviously, they’re iconic. They’re amazing. Instant perfect fit. Not tight. Not large. Just the perfect fit. For example, if you’re a size 42 (EU), get a size 42. It’s a perfect match.
Bit flat and not so much comfy but with proper insole should be good. Can't tell what's the build quality, time will tell. Hopefully they last. Def recommend to order from asos. Speedy delivery and prob. Thanks again!
I bought these for my daughter and on the website I chose 6.5 thinking it was womens. Your website should indicate 6.5 mens 8 womens just like the shoe box indicates. Also I paid in CAD thinking it was being delivered in Canada so I had to pay custom fees of $13! Now I have to pay to send it back for refund at my cost. This is not cool
