Bought a handful of these for my husband for working out in, and also for wearing to the beach. He loves them and we've ordered a bunch more for him to just wear for kicking around. One personal preference issue though, is that he likes his sleeves to come to just above the elbow and these shirts in his usual size L, are a bit too short for his liking. He's typically a size L, but in these shirts he ended up liking the cut of the XXL.Because of UA's fantastic return policy, we ordered both the XL and the XXL so he could compare the cuts of both sizes. The initial concern we had with the XXL is that with longer sleeve lengths, he'd also get a shirt that is too long too. Didn't want the shirts to be so long that you could barely see his shorts. No problem . . . ... MoreBought a handful of these for my husband for working out in, and also for wearing to the beach. I live in the deep south, It's hot and humid here in the summer. I used to wear a cotton t-shirt while speed walking and hiking, and was always overheated. These shirts are light and breathe practically eliminating the problem of keeping cool while exercising. I absolutely love these shirts. The are soft and comfortable. Be sure not to dry them on high heat as one of mine sustained some areas of heat "waffling" We'll see how well they hold up.

I bought two of these, in different colors, both size large. The size appears normal, not too big or too small. I bought these as outdoor active wear in hot weather, and the shirts do work well for wicking away moisture and drying quickly. However I rated these 2 stars as they are not easy to clean and require extra work. They retain strong odor even after machine washing. So now have to soak and hand wash first, before machine washing to get them clean. I do not have this issue with any other type shirts. This is the first time I have bought UA garments, and it may be the last.

I just ordered two more shirts. I have been wearing these shirts to work and to the gym for a week now. They are incredibly thin but not see through. They are made of 100% polyester so they don't stay damp. I can feel a cooling breeze through the fabric. Where I live we have a dry heat, so I don't know how well they perform in high humidity environments. They passed my test at 106 degrees F. at 15% humidity.
This is another great example of Under Armour clothes being perfect for working out. This particular shirt is fantastic for running/walking/working out at the gym. Its light, comfortable, does not stick to your body when sweating, and wicks away sweat. You shouldn't expect it to never get soaked or anything crazy like that -- it cannot defy the laws of physics, but it keeps up pretty well as it dries quickly.I rotated through one of these shirts for each run daily and workout. I love them and I highly recommend.
The Under Armour Men's Tech 2.0 Short Sleeve T-Shirt is a winner in both performance and comfort. Its moisture-wicking fabric keeps you cool and dry during workouts, while the loose fit provides ample freedom of movement. Whether hitting the gym or running errands, this shirt keeps you feeling fresh and comfortable all day long. Highly recommended for active individuals looking for a reliable go-to tee!
I have exclusively worn UA Heat Gear tee shirts for all my runs, hikes, workouts for many many many years. Always been the best. Always recommend to my friends. Still have several old shirts. Bought these to replace my aging shirts. The quality is very disappointing and notice that long time customers voice the same concerns in other forums. Seems there has been a change in material since Covid. First, it does not say Heat Gear anywhere on the product. Second the collar opening is very wide and hangs open when wet. Third and most important it is extremely thin (not much material). You can actually see through the shirt to the logo on the other side. You can see all body parts and skin. When it becomes wet in the humid south it seems to absorb water like a cotton ... MoreI have exclusively worn UA Heat Gear tee shirts for all my runs, hikes, workouts for many many many years. You can actually see through the shirt to the logo on the other side. You can see all body parts and skin. When it becomes wet in the humid south it seems to absorb water like a cotton shirt and also sticks to the body like a fitted piece of wrapping paper. I have either returned or donated all these shirts and am using my old UA shirts. Cannot find a UA shirt that seems to be more like the old one. Hate to consider another brand but may not have an option.
Ordered 4 of these, two black, two white. The black ones are OK, but the white ones are atrocious. There is little to no elastane in the fabric, meaning they were difficult to put on (no stretch to put over head), and needed help to pull off my body after a gym session. The sizes (black and white) are identical, the fabrics are not. There's an obvious lack of quality control inthe manufacturing. The first time washed, the chest logo disappeared from the white one. Photos taken just having hung both black and white out to dry after washing.
I have weighed the same for the past 18 and I always buy a large. Sometimes I might buy an XL for a loose fit. However, I had to buy an XXL in this shirt and it still feels a little tight. The size and quality of Under Armour shirts are unpredictable. All their other clothes fit well. It is just the shirts size being unpredictable and after the first wash, in cold water, they immediately shrink. This is the last short or long sleeve Under Armour shirt I buy!
I use these as undershirts for work. I noticed that UA products made in Jordan are higher quality than other countries. Definitely different from velocity v-neck. This tech tee v-neck isn’t deep at all. I’ve purchased this tech tee in many colors and there’s definitely differences in quality between colors and where it’s made. sometimes they dry fast and sometimes they stay wet from sweat for hours. The front logo usually peels off after a few washes for some colors. I’m using these daily and hopefully they’ll improve them going forward.
